It also has newly installed bi-polar ionization filters to kill viruses and enhance indoor air quality. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have individual cooling units, and the third is adequately cooled by these units. Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan. The main level has a full, well-equipped kitchen, half bath, office, and dining and living areas with a fireplace.
