To ensure a safe and happy visit for everyone, please follow these guidelines: · A $30 daily pet fee per pet, capped at a maximum of $200 per pet, must be paid prior to your stay via Airbnb resolution request. If not paid within 1 hour of booking, your stay may be cancelled. · We can accommodate either 1 large animal (50-75 lbs) or two small animals (under 40 lbs). · Pets must be kenneled and house trained. · All pets must be leashed at all times when outside of the home. · Pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste in our garbage receptacles outside of the home. · Pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. · Guests are responsible for any damages or injury caused by their animals. · Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid.
