A group of friends decided to get together for games and food to bring in the new year. The house was great!

We stayed here with my sister and her family (total of 4 adults, 4 kids) and the house was perfect for us. The house was clean, the check in / check out was easy, and the host was very responsive. The location couldn't have been better. We really enjoyed going to the aquarium, Coca Cola museum, zoo, and Fernbank museum (we bought the Atlanta CityPass). These were all easy to get to from the house. There's a local neighborhood park our kids loved. As well as really fun quick drives for food, drinks and ice cream, like at the Chattahoochee Food Works (great food hall with a fun park for the kids) and The Painted Duck (open to families with kids Saturday afternoons). We had a great time and we'd stay at the house again!

Location is 10-min drive to Ga Tech campus through some unsavory areas, but the home itself is in a nice middle class neighborhood. Home is new and spacious. Four bedrooms with two kings and two queens. All we’re comfortable. If you plan on hosting a large group, note there is no microwave currently (none was listed, but I didn’t consider to check the listing for one) and there weren’t many plates/utensils. Seating was also very limited in the living room, again, for a large group. Host was very responsive and helpful. It was a very nice home that just needs some more “stuff” to make it five stars.

Aside from a few minor issues, my stay was descent. Alexa, the host, was very courteous and responsive. I would have liked to have known that the home is a few blocks away from the Fulton County Jail. The home is spacious with a bedroom and bath downstairs which worked perfectly for me. The streets are extremely narrow and neighborhood looked sketchy but for the most part my family and I had a good time.

First off, the host was so nice, kind, and considerate. The location is perfectly situated practically in the center of Atlanta! The house is brand new! Very clean and organized. If you're in the Atlanta area I highly recommend this location.
