When you are here, serenity will find you. . . . • Luxurious Tuscan-Style Accommodations. High ceilings greet you on the open concept main-level—ideal for socializing. A farmhouse door facing the beach adds to the calm and airy feel. • Dining with Family and Friends. Savor your meals in the dining room with seating for ten (eight at the table plus two nearby barstools—or use our folding chairs in the garage if needed). • Two Sundecks with Water Views. The first sundeck, located on the front of the house off the primary suite, offers beautiful views of the ocean and Channel Islands. The sunset views from this deck are not to be missed! Enjoy harbor views and afternoon shade on the second deck, accessible from the back patio or primary suite. • Games, Movies and Fun by the Easy-to-Use Fireplace. After the sun sets, you can cozy up on the comfy couch near the remote-operated fireplace for movie night, board games, karaoke or charades—perfect for warming up and winding down after a day at the beach. • Chef’s Kitchen with Coffee Bar and Balcony. In the morning, sip your coffee as you enjoy the ocean breeze on the main-level balcony just off the fully-equipped chef’s kitchen. With stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and a stocked coffee bar (Keurig and traditional), you may actually find yourself wanting to cook on vacation. . . . Sleeping arrangements? We have five bedrooms and three bathrooms arranged perfectly for seclusion and quiet when needed: • Private Two-Bedroom Suite. The first floor is a home unto its own. Two bedrooms (both with queens) plus a nicely-appointed full bathroom, a roomy common area (with electric fireplace and streaming-enabled TV), and a kitchenette (with bar seating and all the amenities). • Main Floor Bedrooms. Down the hall from the kitchen are two more bedrooms (both with queens) plus a spacious bathroom with a peaceful walk-in shower (floor to ceiling glass), large vanity, and tons of counter space. • Tranquil Primary Suite. The amazing top floor primary suite has a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, streaming-enabled TV, dedicated AC unit, and direct access to both sundecks. A true retreat from it all . . . . Activities and amenities? Absolutely! We have everything ready for you—just bring your swimsuits: • Private back patio with barbeque • Ping pong table • Two-person kayak (with life jackets) • Four bikes • Boogie boards • “Easy-up” tent • Plenty of beach towels, chairs, toys and games—plus a cart that can carry it all across the sand with ease • Our outdoor shower makes sand control a breeze when you get back. . . . Parking. Three large SUVs easily fit in the driveway (we reserve the garage for all the goodies noted above). Street parking available too. Great home! Plenty of space for our large group. We liked many things about the rental…the location, the bikes, games, etc. Great communication from rental company and very accommodating.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed our time together at the house. Good location to beach and to restaurants.Negative, very hard to get hot water on the top level and the bottom level the hot water fluctuated.Minor "welcome amenities" as compared to other rentals

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is so great! Everything you needed - kitchen stocked with all the supplies and labeled, plenty of bedding and towels, etc. The garage was so fun - and had anything needed for the beach! Beach access was right there and the beach was beautiful! We had 10 people and it never felt too crowded. The managers were VERY responsive to any questions or needs. One thing that was not a problem but good to know - the breaker trips often for the bathrooms - I think it was when a hair dryer was used. Not a big problem - just an FYI. We would stay again and again!

The kitchen was incredible, high end appliances, and stocked with all the utensils, cookware, dishes, and glasses that you could possibly want. We really appreciate it all the games to play including the ping pong table in the garage and the connect four game on the back patio.The bathrooms included plenty of towels and everything else you could need, and each bedroom had its own heater and a couple even had dehumidifiers. This is an addition to the main heating and cooling system. The first level sweet with two bedrooms, a bath, and a kitchenette really did feel like its own home with a door that could be closed to separated off from the main house.The three outdoor decks were really great and had very nice views.I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a nice rental right on the beach, and walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

We were a group of 8 friends who love to craft. We were very comfortable in this lovely home and enjoyed being so close to the beach. The ice maker wasn’t working but we were able to make ice and buy ice locally. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped. Highly recommend this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 3 nights at this lovely home in Oxnard. We were on a "girls" get-away with family. The home is amazing. It is 3 levels so it might not work for anyone with mobility issues but we loved the spaciousness. The middle level was the gathering spot but people could have a quiet time in their own room or in one of the many outdoor patios. The kitchen is huge and well stocked. The beds are comfy. 3 bathrooms made it easy to get ready in the morning. I can't say enough good things about this beautiful home!We loved the location- you can walk to the beach, to the channel, and to restaurants. There is a great breakfast spot just around the corner.The management team always got right back to us if we had any questions or issues. For our yearly get aways we tend to go to a different spot each year, but I think we will come back here next year.
