You’ll also appreciate additional inclusions such as complimentary wi-fi, ducted air-conditioning, a private rooftop spa and BBQ area, a modern yet spacious bathroom, fully laundry facilities including, washing machine and dryer, and secure onsite parking. Bedding configurations are as followed: Master Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen bed, with ensuite Bedroom 2: 1 x Set of King single Bunk beds with trundle underneath. (sleeps 3) Situated on Paradise Island which is a hidden Gold Coast gem offering the ultimate in location convenience; walk or bike ride to the golden sands of patrolled beaches or enjoy the fun and excitement in the heart of Surfers Paradise including an abundance of dining, shopping and entertainment options or jump on the G:link light rail/tram to further explore the best the Coast has to offer. Also a short walk or drive to Via Roma shopping precinct on Isle of Capri and close to Bundall CBD or the trendy locale of Chevron Island, including the HOTA arts and entertainment precinct. Safety: Please note this apartment is on the top floor of the complex and features a balcony and rooftop penthouse. Noise Policy: Our apartment Is fitted with a noise monitor. The neighbours around us are permanent residents and it is important their homes is also kept peaceful and respected. We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gathering are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. "Things You Need to Know Before You Book" - All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children. - Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group. - We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement. - We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification. - We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info - For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction. - All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week. - Back to back changeovers and one night stays we cannot guarantee spa will be heat by check in as it requires us to fully empty clean and refill before each guest. We had a wonderful time at the Penthouse The place was very clean The location is very convenient. Short walk to the beach and some lovely restaurants/dinings The strict quiet hours is a bit inconvenience as we can't freely have a chit chat enjoy the night view on the balcony/roof top

We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was really well equipped to dine in. Great views over the canals. We were excited to find an inflatable “hot tub” on the rooftop balcony but it didn’t heat up so unfortunately not much use. The address to collect the key was confusing as it said a different street name than where it actually was.. but we got there eventually! Beds were super comfy and apartment was lovely and quiet and relaxing.
