Late Check-out: Currently we do not allow late check-outs, the latest check-out is at 10am, please feel free to book an additional night if you need to leave later than 10am Baggage Storage: For security reasons we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out. - Ideally located in surfers, quiet, north side of building on 7th floor. Secure undercover parking is available for $25 daily (max) and over the road at council parking lot starting at $5/12 hours. metered street parking available. Cypress Gardens Carpark is $9 per day and free at night. - No smoking is allowed in the room or on the balcony. No pet is allowed. - Walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bottle shops, restaurants, takeaways, light rail, car rental, entertainment (nightclubs / bars, Ripley's, Escape Rooms, mini-golf). Door cards pickup information will be sent to guests a few days before check in, they are not available from hotel reception. If either door key fail to work during your stay, you may have them re-keyed at front desk between the hours of 9am-5pm only. - You receive 2 door swipe cards that gets you after hours entry into the building, access to your room, 7th floor and amenities. A $30 charge will occur if any cards are lost or taken home. A $50 call out fee will occur during your stay if key is lost or locked in room. There is a $100 call out fee. Lost towels fee $30. Occupants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent. Please note that key collection for this property is located on-site, so the service is available 24 hours. - Check in after 2pm and Check out before 10am

The place was atrocious! The cutlery was dirty and we found 4 cockroaches in the room upon arrival. To top it off, the host was even worse to communicate with. They charged me $100 over a week after I left the place and only messaged me after they took the money out of my account to say “missing table lamp shades”, to which I have proof there is not even table lamps within the room. They ignored my messages after this and only returned the money once I escalated the issue and filed an investigation, to which they responded it was a “misunderstanding”. Terrible place and even worse host! Definitely would not recommend this place.

The parking options were terrible. The place had not been vaccumed properly and gum under the bed. The table had something sticky on it. The check in if you call it that was painful.
