Vaulted ceilings and strong natural lighting set the stage for casual downtime in the open living area, with a gas fireplace, plush sectional, and a smart TV equipped for cozy comfort. A private, covered balcony comes complete with a new gas grill for home barbecues. The sunny third-floor loft offers a flexible entertainment space with a sitting area, TV, and children's toys. Plan family meals with ease in the well-appointed full kitchen. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s). Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The condo was perfect for six adults and two young boys. The loft area was a great area for the boys to hang out, while the adults could still hear what was going on. The bedrooms were spacious and the three bathrooms were just what was needed, and more with the heated floors! The decor and layout were so nice and everyone in our group agreed that it was a very nice place to stay. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Nice, but missed being able to use Incline Village beaches. Sand Harbor impossible and limited parking and long hike to other water

The home was clean, spacious, updated, and had everything we needed. The heated bathroom floors were an unexpected surprise! The biggest game changer was having the Diamond Peak shuttle van pick us up and drop us off literally right across the street. No parking nightmares to have to deal with!! I love this place and WILL return!
