From the fully equipped kitchen on the main level to the kid’s loft stacked with arcade games on the top level, there is truly something for everyone in the vacation home! Don’t forget to enjoy the roof-top deck where you can soak up the sunshine during the day, or gaze at the breathtaking stars at night! At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, 6 community pickleball courts, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community! Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm. Additionally, while staying at this property as our guest, you'll be able to take advantage of our local business partner discounts for attractions such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, Golf, and more! Please be advised that the HOA of this community may host private events up to one time a month at the resort pool or lagoon beaches. This may result in temporarily unavailable access to some of the amenities. However, activities and events are occurring throughout the month so be sure to check the Desert Color Resort website calendar for events happening during your stay. We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity.
