Open floor plan, luxury flooring, great room with fireplace and vaulted ceiling. Enjoy beautiful views from huge patio that overlooks lake and all the nature. Modern decor and move in ready that is located in cul-de-sac! Paddle boarding, fishing, bonfire, swimming and boating right out your door. Lake Living at its best! Getting Around: Shopping center and restaurants 5 minutes away. Close to I-485, its 20 min drive to uptown Charlotte and 10 minutes from airport. Attractions: McMullen Creek Greenway, Southpark Mall, Quail Hollow Golf Course, Top Golf, Skyzone Trampoline Park, Freedom Park, NoDa Brewery, Optimist Hall, Carowinds amusement park, NASCAR Hall of Fame, The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery & Biergarten, Billy Graham Library, Panthers, Hornets & Knights stadium, or the White Water center which has numerous fun outdoor activities. Great place for an extended family vacation to explore Queen City and all it has to offer. This home is great for corporate housing, relocation housing, extended family vacation, and interim stay between changing homes. The property was located in a nice area that was close to the training center that we were attending. The property had everything needed for a home away from home.

This property is a hidden GEM in the Charlotte area. It is neat, clean, tidy and well equipped. The wrap around water front provides beautiful views from almost every room in the house. The host is quick to respond and very accommodating. The beds re comfortable and the open concept makes it feel much bigger than it is.

My brother and sister and I rented the house for a family reunion and we really enjoyed our stay. The entire interior was as nice and newly redone as the photos indicate. Additionaly, there was a table for dining out on the spacious deck not shown in the pictures. We really enjoyed eating our breakfast together on the deck under the shade of the trees. We love to paddleboard, so it worked out perfectly to blow up our inflatable paddleboards then carry them down to the dock. The boat traffic was very light.

My family and I (two adults, two kids) had such a wonderful stay at this property. It is tucked inside a small, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the main roads, grocery shopping, and restaurants. The interior aesthetic of the house is clean and modern. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever experienced within a short-term rental. The backyard/dock area is gorgeous with plenty of space to enjoy. It allowed us to fully relax and truly take in our surroundings. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location, it is clear the owner wants guests to have an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

The house was amazing! It was clean and very well equipped with everything you may need for a getaway. The lake view was beautiful and the dock is perfect for fishing.
