The air-conditioned living room has a large and comfortable couch to seat all 8 guests and a large flat-screen TV. All ages will be entertained in this house with Netflix, a pool table and various other family games all included. The modern kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and many other inclusions. The laundry has a washing machine, clothes dryer, and tub. We want you to have all you need at hand for a stress-free family holiday on the Gold Coast. This beautiful home really does provide the ultimate Gold Coast holiday which will give you and your family wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. A $1,000.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out. Bedroom 1 – 1x Queen bed with air-conditioning, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite and flat screen TV Bedroom 2 – 1x Queen bed, and 1x Single Bunk with air-conditioning and built-in wardrobe. The property provided a memorable holiday for all the right reasons. Entertainment was provided inside and out all in a terrific location. We loved it and were sad to leave.

Highly recommend this property. We found it really suited our large family's requirements. Very spacious layout meant we didn't end up sitting on top of one another, we had plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time together and our holiday. Nice indoor out door flow and the kids loved having the pool and the canal to play in. The property is located centrally so easy to get to all the main attractions on the Gold Coast. Would definitely stay here again when we visit next.
