Great location. Just a quick walk to the beach. Spacious apartment with amazing views of the Gold Coast. Would love to stay here again.

The location of this stay is great, central to several venues. We struggled with the Aircon and found even when working it was not adequate to keep the room cool and we generally felt warm in the apartment and building most of the time. We also met guests from other floors who found their rooms hot as well. The appartment is well equiped however would benefit from a few more hygeine amenties such as paper towel, handsoap and enough dishwashing liquid. Amazing views and easy parking though.

We all really enjoyed the accommodation and facilities it was beautiful, great view, spacious and heaps of fun. Pools were amazing, late night spa was enjoyed, walking distance to Cavil or one Tram stop. Very convenient. The only downside to our stay was on new years we couldn’t see the fireworks but the beach was only 2 min walk so that was ok, but it would be better to see it from the balcony and the view of the high rise. Gerry was absolutely fantastic to deal with, very prompt in his responses, nothing was too hard. Thankyou and we will highly recommend this Stayz property. Thanks again Gerry hope the wine was enjoyed :)

We were so exited to get out of Sydney on this holiday only to get a message once we returned home accusing us of smoking in the property with ash supposedly every where. None of us smoke but the owner didn't want to hear of it and took $500 off my credit card even after i said i didnt approve- I did get in touch with Stayz last week but haven't heard from them and now money taken. (We cleaned all dishes and packed away washed towels and fold up and vacuumed the whole unit) We didn't complain about dishes still in dishwasher on arrival and half cleaned, clothes dryer was in a very dirty condition which we had to clean. Couches had old food and chips in between cushions which i had to vacuum. Not a good experience for a lot of money spent

The service of Kevin (managing agent) was excellent but the apartment was problematic. The aircon (albeit having many instructions) just isn't working enough to cool the house. On 2 of the 30+ days, we had to leave the house as it was just too hot despite the zones being used as per instructions. The beds + unit size + furniture is excellent but the aircon really does let the place down. The pool was also not great for kids and I would say this is definately an adults building only. Was a nice experience but I will not stay here again. I think the Q1 overall is grossly overrated.

The unit was a good size for 4 adults and 2 children, the kids loved the view over the ocean. The pools got used alot, with good places to eat in Q1. The kitchen was well equiped and we enjoyed using it rather then having take out.

We enjoyed the stay very much. I love the apartment which was clean and airy. The location is quiet but convenient. Light rail at door step and Woolworth a short walk away. The Q1 apartments use the sliding doors and privacy could be an issue. We previously stayed in another apartment and the kids just walked right into our room randomly. My husband said it was a deal breaker. The owner installed two internal locks in the main bedroom upon our request at booking. My husband said this time it was awesome! Thanks Gerry!

We stayed for a girls weekend and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy Surfers Paradise. Fabulous location with short walk to beach & great views, we had the perfect place to enjoy the fireworks of SeaFire. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay, and Kevin met us to show us how everything works & was helpful with late checkout & the use of an extra car space on our last night. Would recommend this lovely apartment.

Stayed 3 nights in this great 3 bedroom apartment. Had everything we needed. Very close to everything. The sea views were awesome! Our van was too high for the resort carpark but Gerry told us where we could park a couple of streets over which didn't cost us anything. We were met by Dan who showed us through the apartment which was great. Had an awesome stay and would definitely stay there again.
