Staff: Our housekeeping staff have now received additional sanitation and hygiene training. These include correct handwashing techniques, new service protocols to prevent the spread of pathogens, and new equipment including medical grade face masks and gloves. 2. Cleaning and disinfection: Our housekeeping staff have been trained in the use of CH2200 disinfectant spraying solution in accordance with medical regulations and standards, and will be including its use as part of our cleaning protocol. This disinfectant has been approved by health authorities and poses no adverse health risks to our guests. 3. We have implemented new heat-sterilisation protocols for all cutlery, utensils, and tableware. 4. Disinfectant liquid will now be provided for hand sanitation at the kitchen and bathroom areas for our guests. A wonderful apartment with stunning views on the 32nd floor. The property manager was very responsive and was there in less than 15mins when we had a problem. Crockery and saucepans could do with replacing. NOTE - the property is not part of Mantra, and does not have front desk support eg they will not mind your luggage after you check out.

We had the best time at this wonderful unit. First, we met Henry during the check in process. He was very friendly and showed us all around the complex, taught us how to use the key fobs, where to park, and gave a thorough tour of the unit. This was super helpful as we had almost a week here. The place was fully stocked which seems harder to come by these days. We had plenty of extra towels, beach towels, and extra paper towels. Even though we had ten people, we felt very comfortable. Everything worked properly except for the hair dryer holder which fell off in the middle of the night. We had one incident where a three year old locked the bedroom door from the outside and we couldn't get back in. Henry promptly came up with a tool cart to help out. Additionally, we left something of value there when we checked out and he helped by getting in touch with housekeeping and posting it to us. Talk about going above and beyond! Lastly, the view! You are very high up and can see so much. We even saw the fireworks on NYE from the comfort of our balcony. Very lucky to have found this gem! Thanks.

Our apartment was very spacious and accommodated 9 of us with ease. Amazing views but about to built out by two Metricon towers so get in while you can! Kids loved the pools with slides and spa

All I can say is thank you so much Charlie for letting me and my family stay in this spectacular apartment. What can I say: what a very beautiful apartment - big, sunny, clean and very comfortable. And also thank you to Henry he was an awesome manager he was caring and understanding. And I can’t thank you both enough for letting us extend our holiday for one more day. Ment a lot to me and my family to have this time as a family holiday. Cavill avenue was only a short walk. Definitely would recommend this apartment to anyone with family or even friends. The amenities at the resort are beautiful as well and their kitchen called Koastal kitchen was the best coffee I have had in a long time. Really are hoping and praying that we will get the opportunity to stay here again. Thanks heaps and take care, Tao 💗💙😘

We were all really disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. The rubber on the screens in both showers were grimy and dirty. There were other peoples hair on the floor, dirt under the furniture, dirt under cushions on the lounge suite and the microwave when we arrived. One of the single beds smelled. The furniture was old and chipped and one of the arms on the lounge suite was totally broken. This was not how the pictures looked at all.

Loved the apartment but downfall was it was not clean. I had to go and by cleaning wipes, especially fans and air conditioner ducts. Fridge was not cold enough. Bed was broken in one room that is was worrying to be on. No remote to tv in main bedroom. Due to the cleanliness it even made us doubt the crockery and utensils to use. There was left over food left in cupboard. Chairs outside on balcony 1 chair unusable.

We are a family of seven and often feel very cramped in apartments. This apartment was so lovely and spacious, we felt like we had room for everyone which was fantastic. It is a convenient location although the Gold Coast is looking a little rundown these days…

I stayed here with a group of adult friends over the Christmas holidays. Absolutely loved the location! Very central to the beach and walking distance to shops/restaurants. More than enough room to comfortably fit 6 adults. Fantastic views of the beach and hinterland. Incredibly quick and easy communication from start to finish. Thanks for providing a lovely place to stay!

This property is by far the most awesome property I've seen on Vrbo on the Gold Coast. The view is breathtaking! If there's a rating higher than five stars, this property deserves it. Charlie was very responsive to my messages prior to checking in and Adam was great during check-in and check-out. A bottle of red wine was waiting for us at the kitchen counter when we got in. We hosted a dinner with friends and family and everyone loved the place! Couldn't recommend it enough!

I can't express enough how amazing this property is.... Simply beautiful! It has a view like no other, and is close to the very heart of surfers for such an amazing price. I definitely cannot wait to stay here again. The property manager was super kind and helpful to ensure we were set up for our one week stay. Thankyou so much!
