The property is well equipped and is just as described. It is comfortable and in a great location. We enjoyed the antique shops and restaurants within the easily walkable neighborhood. We would like to stay here again when we return to the area.

We loved the location and proximity to shops, restaurants, the World Equestrian Center, and bike trails. Wish we were able to stay longer and walk around all the shops. The house is great and had been mostly updated but it does needs is more places to hang things. I would suggest bringing over the door hangers with you.

The property is in a great location, clean, had everything we needed and easy check in and communication with host. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is adorable! It was bigger and more spacious than expected which was a nice surprise. All of the rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. The fridge is smaller than a standard size and doesnt have an ice maker but it was big enough for us to put a bag of ice in. The lounges in the main living space were very cozy but a tight fit for a full house. The tv is guest friendly so we were easily able to log into streaming services. All of the light and fan remotes were labeled, which was very helpful. I would definitely recommend and would stay again! Thanks!

The place was clean and decorated very cute. Well stocked. Good communication by management. Only downside was that one of the king beds, which actually seemed to be a trundle bed (2 twins together as a king) had a big dip in the bed, and was rather uncomfortable to sleep on. The other 2 beds were comfy though.

Great spot and very close to the River! It was perfect for our needs. Came in to go scuba diving in Rainbow River.

The home was well represented but backyard could use some help. Initial checkin was a big hassle but once addressed and resolved, the stay was very nice.

We had a great 3 night stay. Precious house with lots of room and wonderful bedding. Even had a fire pit which we used 1 night. We walked a block or less to a local restaurant, no complaints at all. Nice area.

We loved the space! It has a charming cottage-like exterior with a very spacious, cool, clean and comfortable interior. The location was super convenient right in the historic district of downtown Dunnellon. We were delighted to find an Artisan's Market just steps away on Saturday morning and enjoyed strolling the neighborhood after dinner. Thank you!

My guy and I only stayed a weekend for a much-needed retreat, and this property did not disappoint. It's an old home, well kept and updated, to make it the most comfortable getaway we could've asked for. The property owner was communicative and helpful, and the home was stocked with anything we could've needed. Very happy and would love to come back!

This was our very first time in Rainbow Springs and having such a beautiful and cozy home made our trip so much better. I went with my daughter, Godson, and husband and we were all in awe of the property and the décor. The house is super spacious (though it does not seem like it from the front of the house) and had everything we needed. Communicating with Stacy was super easy and she ensured we received all the information we needed prior to our arrival. I appreciated her thoughtfulness as she ensured we had clean towels and linen. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We felt safe and were glad to be in the middle of the town where local restaurants were very close in proximity. I will definitely recommend this place and will be coming back this year.

We had a lovely weekend stay, just to get away from responsibilities, with the intent of floating on the river and forgetting it all, which is exactly what we did. It's a short drive to the KP Hole, which gives you a 4-hour float to the exit point. Stacy, the owner, kept in contact for all of our needs and was very accommodating and welcoming. Amazing host! The house was stocked with everything we needed, and we could have cooked there if we wanted to. The town is very small and quiet and cute, no night life that we could see, but adorable.

Great property in a central location. We were in the area for snorkeling in the local springs (about 30 to 40 minutes away) and a float trip on rainbow river (about 10 minutes away) and this house was exactly what we needed. The home was welcoming and well appointed. (And had one of the largest walk in showers I've ever seen!)
A definite bonus was that it is in walking distance to the local restaurants, so we were able to go out for a dinner and drinks on the river!
I plan on renting again the next time I'm in the area. I highly recommend this property.

The host is amazing. Very responsive and helpful. Home is cute and comfortable. Nice to have an option to bring your dog with a fenced yard. There are two small gaps in the fence so be careful if your dog is on the small side. The 3 bedrooms are nicely layer out. Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. One shower is Huge. The host left us a welcome gift which was so nice and helped with a few small issues. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again. Cute shops near by. Easy access to grocery store on restaurants as well as natural springs and parks. Stacey is the best part of this home. You can tell she cares about her guest experience. Home is safe and quiet.
