This lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located on a quiet tree lined street walking distance to restaurants, an art gallery and minutes from Cherry Street shops and restaurants, Utica Square and the Gathering place. This 1930s vintage home has been recently restored and stylishly furnished with all the comforts and conveniences of home! Comfy beds, great towels, well equipped kitchen and a coffee bar. Stroll the neighborhood after having coffee on one of the porches. There is a nearby trailhead for walking and biking and a very spacious back yard.

We loved this property! It was an ideal location for all our activities: BOK, Utica Square, The Church Studio, The Philbrook Museum. Every restaurant was phenomenal: TXMZ, Queenies, Wild Fork, The Chaulkboard Kitchen. Tulsa was the perfect getaway.

Great place. Location was excellent. While we really enjoyed staying there, just need to point out a couple of things. 1) upstairs toilet runs water constantly. Needs maintenance. 2) first floor bathroom fan works but does not extract odors. Perhaps needs cleaning. That was the only things that would need attention. But like I said, top notch. 5/5 in my book and my wife’s ( which is really hard to get a 5 from her). Alfredo

What a perfect place for our family reunion home base! Close to local family and to excellent shopping and restaurants and nearby Utica Square, Starbucks, and Brookside for places to meet friends for food and drinks! Also really easy access to the running and waking trails and the wonderful Gathering Place too! Our Host was so friendly and accommodating and the place was perfect in every way! This was our first time to stay in a rental when visiting our childhood home and it won’t be our last either!! Thank you Joanne!

This is an a convenient location to access all Tulsa has to offer walking, biking or driving. It is very tastefully decorated and has thoughtful details like throws and great glasses. My friends and I are all clean freaks and this place passed the cleanliness test. We’re hoping it’s available the next time we need a place to stay in Tulsa.

This house has been updated stylishly, was very clean and nicely appointed. Just used one of the bedrooms and the bed was really comfortable. Our dog loved the yard! It’s great to find a house that will allow a pet.
This house is located close to good restaurants, and also some walking/biking trails.
It’s a quiet street and we felt very safe.
Joanne was prompt in responding to any questions and requests.

What a cute house in a great location! We had a baby, and it was really convenient that there were a high chair and pack n play available. We almost had to take pets at the last minute, and Joanne was very accommodating. It was an excellent experience, and we’ll definitely stay again next time we’re in town.

House was very clean and absolutely beautiful. We felt safe and comfortable. Plenty of parking to accommodate guests. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. I would stay again.

We stayed for 3 nights at this nice house. Everything was clean and the check in was easy. The property manager was very friendly when I messaged her. There was plenty of space. Although we didn’t spend most of our days indoor, we were excited when we did go back to the house. I would definitely recommend this place.
