The room was clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was nice and there was an ample selection. The hotel was very close to the metro which was very handy.
The only slight downside was that the lift was barely big enough for one person and their luggage.

The hotel was perfect for 2 nights stay. It doesn’t look like much on the outside, and honestly not much frills on the inside, but the staff was super nice / helpful and it was extremely clean. The beds are a little on the stiff side, and only a thin sheet is provided to sleep (no extra sheets or comforters in the room). The elevator is SUPER small, I think 1 person max. The area is okay - a bit more “local” and I personally didn’t care much for it, but the hotel was the cheapest by $100+ that we could find somewhat near the center so can’t complain there. The subway station is a very short walk away, too.
I personally didn’t care too much for the location. A little too far out from the center and the ambience is different. It was very quiet, however. And I truly don’t have much to complain about the hotel itself, except they should offer additional bedding in the room.

The receptionist Wendy was very pleasant and the rest of the staff was also friendly. Bed was comfy with enough blankets. When you're gone, staff comes and replaces clean towels, takes out the trash and makes your bed. Plus: you can leave the luggage before the check in, and also leave it after the check out if you have a late flight, and pick it up whenever is convinient for you. Good connection with nearby metro and bus station.
The pillows were too thin, the plug sockets weren't on both sides of the bed (only on one side). There wasn't any nightstand so we put the stool beside the bed to put cellphones and the rest of the things on it. The walls are thin so we often heard the neighbours and noises on the hallway. Also, breakfast was average, with not enough food options.

No kettle in the room. You can take tea from the reception but you need to pay. It would be nice to have some kettle in hotel with 3 stars

Very good location,close to the metro station,2 stops from milano centrale,the host very pleasent,gave us all the help we needed refering to bus transfer,location,what to visit,so polite to us .they have a wonderful garden where we enjoyed breakfast.I have only good words for them.

AC at the room.
The breakfast was poor and off bad quality. Not many things to choose between and the small amount that was available was of really bad quality. The facility is quite old and unfashionable. Toilets was not fresh and clean. We passed four other hotels on our way to Italy, for under minimum the half of the price - all of those were dramatically better. The price was in relation to the standard a disaster.

The staff cleaned our room every day
Breakfast was exactly the same every day. I personally missed vegetables here.
And there were really a few pieces of fruit. No fresh bread or anything.
