Emerald Key Unit 502, a fifth-floor unit, is an immaculate, three-bedroom, two-bath comfort condominium that rests directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama. This most desirable complex has the best views on the beach. Walk across the street to shopping, lay out on the beach or by the cozy beachside pool. If you choose to stay in touch with the rest of the world during your vacation, FREE Unlimited and Secure Wireless Internet Service is provided. When you arrive, you will be welcomed by the cool comfort plank floors leading into the large, open living area. The Master Bedroom, with walk-in closet, contains a king-size bed, night stand, dresser and 32-inch Flatscreen HDTV. The master bath features a garden tub/shower combination of cultured marble and his-and-hers sinks. The master bedroom looks out over the Gulf with sliding, glass, door entry to a balcony with endless views. Bedroom Two contains a queen-sized bed, chest, night stand, and 22-inch LED HDTV. There is also plenty of closet space. Bedroom Three also contains a queen-sized bed, chest, night stand, and 22-inch LED HDTV. There is also plenty of closet space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all Stainless Steel Frigidaire appliances including a full-size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave oven, stove/oven, toaster, blender, coffeemaker (both Keurig and drip), mixer, and a raised bar. A dining area with seating for 6, as well as, a raised bar with 3 stools is adjacent to the kitchen. All kitchen utensils and dishware are supplied. The large living area is decorated with beautiful art and custom furniture including a queen-size sleeper sofa. There is also a 42-inch LCD Flatscreen HDTV with Blue Ray Disc. Cable TV with all your favorite channels are provided, as well as, Free, unlimited Wireless Internet Service. The huge, sliding, glass doors provide endless views of the beach. Looking out of the living area, one has the feeling of being almost directly over the water. The large, laundry room contains a extra-large capacity Maytag front loading washer and dryer and additional storage space. A full-size iron and ironing board are also provided. MAXIMUM 2 CARS PER RESERVATION. There is one remote for the gated lot that will be in the condo for you on arrival. Overflow parking is only allowed in the parking area between the gated lot and the street. Do NOT park in front of the building next door. Things to know • Please note we don't provide beach towels • Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.” • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. House rules • For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. • Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. • No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine. • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. Our family of 5 fit comfortably for our 4 night stay. The location can not be beat! The upgrades which were recently completed looked great and the view was spectacular. Would recommend some additional updates to bathrooms; also the the mattress in the master bedroom needs replaced. The complex was small which made it quick to get to the beach; we took the stairs often, despite being on 5th floor because the elevator had a strong odor. Parking was super easy, as were checkin/checkout. Jack was very accommodating to let us check in early. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend others to stay here.

We had a great time at Jack’s condo! Perfect location, So much room for all 4 of us to spread out. One issue that I emailed him with and he responded quickly. We all agreed we would be happy to make this condo the destination for our next trip! *Ice maker not super efficient so remember to grab a bag or two while you are out!

The condo worked wonderfully well with small grandchildren. Easy to get them to the beach with all their stuff. Literally just a few feet with no stairs to the sand. The little ones loved the pool. Condos were peaceful and safe. Thanks so much!

This was my third time staying at Emerald Key. I love the view and location. The local art work was beautiful. It’s near the end of season and time for a few updates and deep cleaning but that seem to be the case this time of year. Easy check in.

The location can’t be beat. Many restaurants, ice cream, grocery stores and more within walking distance. Plus there is a trail a short distance from the condo that is beautiful. We love this place!!!

We have heard fave reviews of the Gulf Shore/Orange Beach area and people were right! The weather was perfect and just what these fair skinned northerners needed to start getting our summer tan! Now, about the abode! Jack's place was just what we needed. It was close to the beach and had a great view! There were restaurants and grocery stores right across from our weeklong abode. Can we say convenient? Added to the wonderful three bedroom condo was the helpfulness of Jack, the owner. Not only was he super responsive to texts, but he also personally reached out to use to let us know about a wind advisory, rip tides, and a tornado warning/watch. He was looking out for us!

Very nicely furnished, beds are super comfortable! While we didn’t cook the kitchen is appropriately furnished! We had a few concerns and notified Mr. Jack who promptly responded! This condo is in a great location and due to the size of the building it is not crowded! Would definitely stay here again!

The property was way nicer then we anticipated which was very good. It was big enough to comfortably sleep my friends and I and it had a decent size kitchen so we could cook some meals. It was right on the beach which was a huge plus and the manger of the property was a very nice and respectful. He let my friends and I stay there for 7 days and gave us an exception because we were younger than the renters minium age. I enjoyed my stay very much!

There are plenty of fancy large condos in orange beach and the surrounding areas but if you are looking for simple with the perfect location this is the place to stay. The condo was clean and has all the things needed for a relaxing beach trip. The beds are all comfortable which is a major plus. If you’ve forgotten something you can walk across the street to the Walmart neighborhood market. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils and pans. We will definitely be back.

The unit appeared to be relatively clean other that some mold around the entry door and on the guest bath shower doors. The master bed is very soft (not a problem for us.) Some of the living room furniture could use a little spiffing up. Orange Beach has had a tough time recovering from Hurricane Sally. We saw a number of building with missing balcony rails and blue tarps were still in evidence on some houses. Hopefully things will get better with time.

Although it rained all but one day at Orange Beach, we enjoyed our stay there because the condo was so comfortable. we just chilled and watched the waves from the deck until the weather broke, then just chilled on the beach! Very nice condo.

The condo was perfect. Enjoyed balcony and watching waves and beach. So much to do around Orange Beach. Food and service everywhere we went was great. Jack was so helpful. We had a few problems with condo but they were addressed very quickly and we really enjoyed our vacation . Can’t wait to go back.

Upon entering the property, we anticipated a clean condo & beautiful views. Instead the ocean view from the balcony was obscured by the construction scaffolding & plastic sheeting wrapped across the railing. Unless you stood or sat in the tall chairs there was no described view. Additionally, we had to wash sheets the first night on one of the beds since they had not been laundered & sand was all over them. The master bath had mold on the ceiling & was on the glass doors . And, in our opinion, the living room furniture needs to be cleaned. We all agreed we LOVED the location of Emerald Key & would stay in the complex again but in another unit. Note: Before booking, be sure to ask if the outside remodeling has been completed.
