Located in Orange Beach, this attractive condo for $528 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. MINIMUM AGE TO RENT IS 25 YEARS OLD. Phoenix on the Bay Condo 1516 in Orange Beach, Alabama. Enjoy your stay in a coastal themed penthouse condo on the top floor (5th) with a spectacular view of Terry Cove Bay and Perdido Bridge from your oversized balcony. Several updates have been made in the last few years to accommodate our guests. King size beds in both bedrooms 2 roll away beds Queen size sofa sleeper New refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer, and dryer are some of the changes we have made to make your stay a vacation you will remember. Relax in the whirlpool tub in master bathroom or in one of two comfortable recliners after a busy day at the pool, beach, fishing or boating. The living room includes a queen size sofa sleeper, 2 sitting chairs and 2 recliners. The large dining room table seats 6 with 2 bar stools for additional guests. This large 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit sleeps 8 and comes stocked with a chef-ready kitchen, 3 flat screened TVs, and wall hairdryers in each full bath. Look at the great view from a large oversized balcony with table, swivel rocker chairs, and a reclining lounger. There's also a laundry room in the condo with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. There are so many other amenities including: a lazy river, several pools, large water slide, kiddie pool, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, a lighted tennis court and pickle ball court on the roof, a basketball hoop, grilling area, putting green, fitness center, and sauna. Alabama beaches are very close by car or boat. Lots of nearby islands are awaiting you by boat or kayak. The grounds are immaculate and beautifully landscaped with palms, tropical plants, and spectacular lighting. Sit on the docks or fish off the docks. The covered parking garage is near the condo for conveniently unloading luggage and groceries. There are great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment within a few minutes drive. *A parking pass must be purchased in lobby upon arrival for $59/vehicle (limit 2). This is required for all rental guests per Phoenix on the Bay Association and subject to change. Phoenix on the Bay offers boat trailer parking for $10/day, if available. Www.gulfcoastrentalco.com also has parking on Canal Road next to Dollar General. Call 251-510-7226. A boat slip may be available, if requested at time of booking. A boat launch is conveniently located on site. There is also a fish cleaning station for your use. Ice is available to buy onsite at the fish cleaning station.

We really enjoyed staying and would highly recommend. We got to swim in the heated indoor pool, play pickleball for our very first time, and enjoyed the hot tubs. Condo was very nicely furnished

The condo was very comfortable for 4 adults. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stock with needed dishes. Cheri was a great communicator during the booking process and the day of check-in. We would stay in this condo again.

This unit was even nicer than the pictures on VRBO. Very nicely decorated. Very nice furnishings. Was especially grateful for the bedside night stands that had built in power strips that came in handy for my CPAP and electronics that I had to charge nightly. The unit was in great shape. Will definitely stay at this unit again.

First off, great location. This unit was especially nice as it has a nice view of the bay and it situated in a spot that when the sun goes down, you are not blasted by the afternoon heat. We loved the easy access door code. The unit is well stocked. It's also very roomy for 4 adults.
We would have liked to have had 4 pool towels available though, or possibly tell people in the VRBO listing to bring pool towels (though that would be inconvenient when flying in, as we did). Another huge positive was that both bedrooms are really dark and easy to sleep late in. Huge bonus! Overall we enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back! I know the front desk staff has nothing to do with this specific rental, but they are not very friendly at all. I found this odd. But, I also understand that finding good help these days can be very difficult and totally out of the owners control.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool, water slide, lazy river and boat slip access made our trip. We had great/hot weather. The condo was very clean! A couple electrical outlets didn’t work and some lights didn’t either (nothing that truly impacted our stay), but other than that it had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was wonderful.

We loved our stay! We have 3 that are 2 and under and the kiddie pool was perfect for them! The 8 year old swam in the other pools and enjoyed the other amenities. Condo had everything we needed! Clean and a wonderful location! Would definitely recommend and go back.

This unit is great! There is ONE security guy on the property that I am sure is there to be rude and make everyone’s life miserable. We have rented on VRBO for years. Our rating is great and most of the owners we have rented from are great. The short bald headed security guy that I guess is hired by Brett Robinson is rude. Everyone else we encountered is vlgreat. We have rented two diff units at POB recently for 15 of the last 27 days. Because of this guy we probably won’t rent here again. We are not problem renters and we take very good care of the places we rent. There are a whole lot of rentals in Orange Beach, Al that we don’t have to be approached rudely no matter what we do. However, our last stay there was a condo two doors down from us that the Por smell was so strong it was sickening. I’m pretty sure the bald natzi did not approach them.

We stayed here the first week of May. The condo was very quiet, we couldn’t hear any of the other tenants. Being it wasn’t spring break, the pool was not busy, and our boys loved the indoor pool and hot tub as well. It was lovely to just float around the lazy river in the afternoon. We could have definitely stayed another few days. (And our kids want to move here!) parking was so easy, just pull into garage, drive up to floor 5 and the condo is just a few steps away.
There’s a Publix and Rouses close by, and many different food options.
There is a park right down the road that was perfect for our kids aged 7,5 and 1. We rented a pack and play and the primary bedroom closet was PERFECT for our 1 year old to sleep in. It was cool and very dark and allowed us to stay up well after she went to bed.
We had trouble getting in the first day, but it was resolved in about an hour. Most likely a battery issue with the keypad. The washing machine was broken and we were unable to use it. Cheri gave us a refund for the inconvenience. It was a bit of a bummer since we didn’t bring enough clothes for the entire week, but we survived! The lazy river is not heated. The first few days it was cold, (assuming the weather was a bit cooler the few days before we got there) but by mid week it was much warmer. We did get stopped by security when we were at the pool the second day, because we were never given wrist bands. There are not many plastic cups, so just beware if you have littles.
We would definitely return. We drove to Gulf Shores one day, and it was just too busy for us.

This is a great condo. Very clean, lots of space, well stocked kitchen. About 10 minutes to the beach or to the wharf. Only complaints are that the 2 hot tubs are inside and super tiny. We were there early October and the pools were all freezing. They definitely need to be heated. Neither of these are the owner’s fault, of course, but rather something for future renters at this building to be aware of.

We decided to spend New Years at the beach with the babies. Location was very accessible. Beautiful property. The room was very clean and well equipped for what we used and needed. Had a beautiful view of the pool area and the Bay. Cheri was great to communicate with. Would highly recommend for quiet and comfortable stay. Most definitely will be back.

This property was a very clean and professional property and condo. The facilities were great, very clean, appeared to be well maintained and safe. I had no fear of leaving my vehicle in the covered parking garage or walking around the property at all. The owner Cheri was very helpful and on top of her game with the preliminary check in and such. The condo itself was very spacious and clean and I loved having recliners in the living room. If I was just being critical and just harsh I would say it needed a Keurig BUT it is clearly written in the description there is a coffee pot not a keurig haha. My only other thing would be the description and picture of the available beach. There is a small beach on the property but I would call this property geared more towards people bringing a boat with them as there were plenty of boat slips. Remember these are only if I'm being super critical but I'm not, I would stay again with no regrets. This place was a joy to stay at and the owner and property manager were both very nice and helpful. I have stayed at a few other properties before and not had half of the help or comfort that Cheri provided while we were on vacation. Thank very much ma'am

The condo is beautiful, I love the decor, the different shades of blue are very nicely coordinated. There was plenty of room for 8 guest. The only problem that I saw was the floor wasn’t as clean as it could have been and the comforter in the master had stains on it, I washed it immediately. The main property was clean and the staff was friendly. Overall the girls had a great time on the lazy river and would love to stay again. I would like to see a change in the way that ppl with coolers on the side of the lazy river just stop to get a beer and block off part of the river for other tubes to pass without bumping into their tubes. Grown men telling kids they need to learn how to steer a tube.

This condo is lovely! Nicely decorated, clean and had everything we needed. The location and view was wonderful. We loved the lazy River! We didn’t end up needing them but there were even two extra rollaway beds. The staff at the complex was wonderful too! We hope to be back sometime!
