The Space: 405 OC Suites is located at a fantastic downtown and beachfront spot on 4th St. and the Boards, walking distance to the best Ocean City has to offer! You will be staying in a piece of OC history, as this unit is part of a renovated building from the early 1900’s. This suite is one of many suites in a family-oriented, multi-unit building that emphasizes a quiet and relaxing vacation experience. If you’re looking for a convenient home-base to explore the beach and boardwalk, a comfortable night’s sleep, and a clean sleek space, this could be the right place for you! *This listing is most suited to family groups, and building association regulations require guests to be over the age of 25 when renting to groups of adults* Space details: -DIRECT BEACH VIEWS -Unit located on the second floor; must climb 1 flight of stairs. -Fully furnished, AC window units, Cable, Wifi included. -Kitchenette: 2 burner induction stovetop, mini fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, all dishes/pots and pans/utensils provided. Best suited for preparing small meals and warming up leftovers. -Small dining area seats 4. -TV in each room with Netflix access. -3 bedrooms with a queen size bed in each room. Each bed sleeps 2 people. -Bedroom 2 door entrance only accessed through Bedroom 1 (please refer to pictures). -One 3-piece bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). -Living space: TV, futon, and coffee table. Futon can open to accommodate 1 extra person. -Direct access to the boardwalk on 4th St. from front entrance. -Beach entrance right across from building entrance. -Many dining options within a 1 block radius for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. -In addition to hosts/co-hosts, will have on-site staff to assist with check-in, check-out, and to help with any concerns or questions during your stay. -NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED. -NO PARKING included or available at building. Free and paid public parking just steps away. -Presence of functional security cameras viewing the 2nd and 3rd floor hallways, front main entrance, and back landing. DISTANCE TO POPULAR ATTRACTIONS: Beach+ Boardwalk: Right outside the front door! Trimper’s Rides: 0.7 miles Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park: 2.5 miles Assateague Island National Seashore: 10 miles Seacrets Jamaica USA: 3 miles Roland E. Powell Convention Center: 2.5 miles Berlin, MD: 9 miles Fenwick Island: 9 miles.. Guest Access: All guests in the building share a small rinsing station at the main entrance to wash off sand after the beach, and a bike rack at the back of the building. The Neighborhood: Buzzing downtown Ocean City is right outside your door! You are right in the middle of it all in this apartment. Walk to Trimper's, Jolly Roger's, the pier, the inlet, and enjoy all of the fabulous stores and eateries that line the boardwalk. The '"Tidelands Caribbean" pool bar is right behind the building, which allows non-guests use of the pool area with purchase of food/drink! Right below the apartment is a Dunkin' Donuts, convenient for coffee and breakfast. Some restaurants close-by include 4th St. Taphouse Bar and Grille, Hooter's, and Shenanigan's Bar and Grille. Best of all, there is an entrance to the beach right across from the apartment for easy access to days of fun in the sun. Getting Around: NO PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE BUILDING. Public parking is $3/hour, with lots and spaces on every street. Free parking is available in the city as well, with spaces available on the side streets, and availability closer to bayside. The Boardwalk Tram, Coastal Highway Beach Bus, and Park & Ride are public transportation options if you prefer not to drive around the city. Interaction with Guests: We will be able to get in touch with you at any point during your stay. You will also be in contact with local staff for check-in, check-out, and any pertinent questions or concerns that would be easier to help with onsite.

My husband and I spent five days with our daughter and fiancé who had to work remotely. It worked well for 4 people with the setup. They used the 2 front bedrooms to work and could see us from the windows! Easy for them to join for a break! Jacob was amazing upon arrival. He helped us with all our stuff and recommended where to park. The unit was clean and the bedding comfortable. I am glad I brought my own clothes rack to dry the beach towels and suits.

Great view and value! Loved waking up to the sunrise right outside the window. Located on the boardwalk at 4th street across the street from the ocean and above a DD if you’re a coffee lover! Avi was attentive and communicated day of and for check out and was so friendly and helpful! Bring washcloths but bath towels are provided. Apartment was clean and ready upon arrival and there was a mini fridge/freezer combo in the kitchenette and pots, pans, silverware and plates provided. Though the building complex itself is dated, the owners did a great job modernizing and decorating for an updated feel. Would stay again and would be ideal with kids

Had an amazing time! Went with family, ages 7, 12, and 13. Apartment was perfect and exactly as advertised. No washer/dryer and kitchenette. We prepared for those minor details and it turned out perfectly. We also brought our own beach towels and an extra shower curtain, and we're able to dry easily everyday. Apartment air conditioners worked great, beds were comfortable, and access to the beach, boardwalk, and amusement parks was of tremendous value. Staff were super friendly and helped us unload car and direct us to free parking. Communicating with Caela was very easy and she is very responsive. We had so much fun: felt really safe and secure in our apartment and building, and would definitely go back. The only reason I would hesitate is because there is no way we could recreate the fantastic memories made.

Had a fantastic time. Met or exceeded all expectations. Easy check-in and check out. Unbelievably quiet location for being right on the boardwalk. Wonderful views of the beach. Easy access to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

The space was recently updated and is super clean. Beds are comfortable - not too firm, not too soft. We especially loved having an ocean view from 2 of the bedrooms. The property manager Darren was attentive, friendly, and helpful during our stay as were all other staff we met. We’ll be back!

Towels were provided it said and coin operated laundry. There was no laundry when I asked upon our arrival, and towels were provided however no wash towels and only one towel per person for our 4 day stay. With all the sand and two little kids, we needed to be able to wash the towels we had or have more. Not providing wash towels should have been stated.

This was a great trip and a great place to stay. It was big, clean, had an amazing view and in the perfect location. The property manager was very helpful and attentive to all of our questions and needs. Would highly recommend staying here and will be back next year for sure.
