Then, once mealtime is over, gather around the TV for some movie time before heading to the beach for a refreshing splash. The condo also comes equipped with central air-conditioning to keep you nice and comfortable as well as an on-site washer/dryer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The location is great, literally steps from the beach. Quiet location at the end of dead end road. Condo is cute and cozy. Beds are fabulous!

Was very impressed by the condo overall. The pictures do not do it justice- it was much larger than the pictures make it seem. Even with being the furthest condo from the beach, you still get clear beach views from the living room and master. Very large bathrooms, beds were comfortable (although may be hard to get into for some due to height). Only complaint is the floors could have been a little cleaner, but you're also on the beach so spotless floors are a bit unrealistic. Would recommend to others.

Upon stripping bed at checkout we discovered stains on mattress pad. Ceiling leak above hot water heater (reported. Otherwise, Beautiful condo with excellent location.

Beautiful condo in great location away from the hustle and bustle of other vacationers. Easy walk onto the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for lunches and dinners. Comfortable beds and clean. Highly recommend!

Our only complaint is Verbo failed to send us the unlock code to get in. It took several phone calls to get the code that should have been sent in the beginning.
