Finally, the 3rd level has two bedrooms - one has a queen bed the other has a full bed, along with a 3/4 shared bathroom. Our kitchen is well stocked, providing plenty of space for you to cook your fresh catch of the day. From cooking supplies such as baking sheets, and airfryer and measuring cups, to olive oil, basic spices and aluminum foil. Additionally, we offer garage access for your convenience. Additionally, we have installed noise monitors in the property to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and peaceful stay. These monitors help us detect any excessive noise levels that may disturb the neighbors, (they do NOT record any conversations, just decibel levels). We want to ensure that everyone has a great experience during their stay with us and that everyone can enjoy a peaceful environment. These devices are not located in any private spaces such as bathrooms or bedrooms and have been installed for the safety and security of our guests and the property as well as to minimize disturbances to neighbors. When booking directly our cancellation policy is as follows: Fully refundable if guests cancels within 48 hours of booking AND its at least 14 full days prior to check in. 50% refund of accommodation fees and taxes (minus a 4% credit card processing fee), cancellation must be made 7 full days prior to check in time. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded. Extenuating Circumstances Policy: When this Policy allows for cancellation, it controls and takes precedence over the reservation’s cancellation policy. Guests that are impacted by an event covered by this Policy can cancel their reservation and receive, depending on the circumstances, a cash refund or credit can be given. Travel restrictions imposed by a governmental agency that prevent or prohibit traveling to, staying at, or returning from the Listing location. This does not include non-binding travel advisories and similar government guidance. Military actions and other hostilities. Acts of war, hostilities, invasions, civil war, terrorism, explosions, bombings, rebellions, riots, insurrection, civil disorder, and civil unrest. Natural disasters. Natural disasters, acts of God, large-scale outages of essential utilities, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, and other severe and abnormal weather events. This does not include weather or natural conditions that are common enough to be foreseeable in that location—for example, hurricanes occurring during hurricane season in Florida.
