Things to Know Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 4. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

I don't even know where to begin. I have stayed at many of the rooms in this condo and I think this one may be my favorite! It's clean! Very clean! All the other ones I have stayed in the tub is real nasty not this one it's clean as can be. The home is beautifully decorated balcony is still high enough to where you can still see bits of the ocean. Feels like home! Only thing I would change if it was me would be different furnisher outside. The table and chairs are nice but not comfortable. Other than that I give it all 5 stars.

Upon arrival, the location is still under some construction, so there was no lobby. The apartment was clean and had what was needed. I would definitely bring blankets and additional toilet paper next time. There is no oven just to note! The balcony was a good size and had a great view of the pond and you could see the ocean a little. The bathroom sink is also separate from the shower/toilet. Getting to the beach - it is quite a good walk as you cannot park closer in the community. This is something to note as well. we ended up driving to other beaches where we could park closer and there were restrooms and hoses to wash off. Overall great stay!
