About this house rental

Located in Edmonton, this lovely house for $62 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Whether you're here for business or leisure, we strive to create an environment that feels like a home away from home. Main house is rented separately. You can message me with any questions. My quiet Windermere basement suite offers the perfect place to call home temporarily. You will stay in a cozy basement suite with a comfortable queen-sized bed with 50" inch Fire smart TV, and closet space . Full bathroom. Kitchen, living areas, The location is a 15min drive away from the International Airport, and close shopping, restaurants, and other attraction sites. IMPORTANT: Please note that this is a basement suite so you hear traffic, voices, laughter because it rented separately 600 ft² of basement space complete private access. Self check In /check Out. washer and dryer. your own furnace and control so you can be sure to be warm during winter months. • High -end stainless steel appliances. • Fully equipped with all dishes, cutlery and • • • Cooking where you'll need. •Table set up with extra chairs • Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, kettle, air fryer, rice cooker. Side Entrance of house. I will be upstairs if there is any questions are concerns please message me through app. Windermere, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada There is always parking street parking. There is a park and trail a few minutes walk from house. There are tons of shops, restaurants, and even movie theater at Windermere shopping center. Drug use is prohibited from been use on property. No smoking or Vaping inside. Please so outside. Please DO NOT rent or buy any movie on Prime account. If you do you will be charged for any extra fees. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE IS GUEST ALLOWED TO USE MY ADDRESS FOR MAIL. Please use dark towel for make up removal Please be respectful of the place. NO FIGHTING. NO SHOUTING. DO NOT DAMAGE THE WALLS. Any damage found on property guest will be charged. Turn off the lights once not in use. This peaceful home is located in a quiet residential area. Quiet time is between 11 PM and 7 AM. ✦ There is a strict no parties, events, or social gatherings of any kind at the property. ✦ ONLY the original group of people indicated in the reservation will be accepted. If you would like to have a visitor to the listing, for safety and security purposes I require notification of, and PRIOR consent for, any additional visitors to the property. ✦ Any additional people that arrive without prior permission from the host may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund and/or include an additional charge of $100 per unregistered person, regardless of how long they are at the property. ✦ Security camera records 24/7. ✦ Covering the security camera will result in immediate cancellation of the stay with no refund. ✦ Smoking is permitted outside only. A $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property. ✦ To help keep our home clean, please take off outdoor shoes at the entrance. ✦ An additional cleaning fee of $50/hour may be applied if the house is left in a state requiring extensive cleaning (e.g., washing walls, piles of dirty dishes, deep cleaning carpets, home in disarray etc.). ✦ Check out is at 11 AM unless agreed otherwise. Guests who overstay this time will be charged $60 hour while the cleaners wait to get into the house. If you have any questions about these expectations or anything else at all, please don’t hesitate to contact me through the Airbnb messaging system.
