Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. Additionally, we have installed noise monitors in the property to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and peaceful stay. These monitors help us detect any excessive noise levels that may disturb the neighbors, (they do NOT record any conversations, just decibel levels). We want to ensure that everyone has a great experience during their stay with us and that everyone can enjoy a peaceful environment. These devices are not located in any private spaces such as bathrooms or bedrooms and have been installed for the safety and security of our guests and the property as well as to minimize disturbances to neighbors. We take your privacy and security seriously, and we want to ensure that you feel safe and comfortable during your stay with us. If you have any concerns or questions about our security measures, please do not hesitate to contact us. We hope you enjoy your stay with us and have a memorable experience. When booking directly our cancellation policy is as follows: Fully refundable if guests cancels within 48 hours of booking AND its at least 14 full days prior to check in. 50% refund of accommodation fees and taxes (minus a 4% credit card processing fee), cancellation must be made 7 full days prior to check in time. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded. Extenuating Circumstances Policy: When this Policy allows for cancellation, it controls and takes precedence over the reservation’s cancellation policy. Guests that are impacted by an event covered by this Policy can cancel their reservation and receive, depending on the circumstances, a cash refund or credit can be given. If the Host is impacted by an event covered by this Policy they can cancel without adverse consequences, but, depending on the circumstances, their calendars may be blocked for the dates of the cancelled reservation. Acts of war, hostilities, invasions, civil war, terrorism, explosions, bombings, rebellions, riots, insurrection, civil disorder, and civil unrest. Natural disasters. Natural disasters, acts of God, large-scale outages of essential utilities, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, and other severe and abnormal weather events. Our stay at this property was fantastic from start to finish. Easy booking and very accommodating! The management company was very friendly and responsive. They let us put our bags in the garage since we arrived way before our check-in time so that we didn’t have to lug bags around town while we waited. Same went for departure- we had to check out at 10am but flights weren’t until later so they allowed us to leave bags in the garage until we were ready! The house itself was beautiful and clean, every detail was thought of. The one thing I will say, is that the property is listed to Sleep 10 and you may want to know that it actually only sleeps 9 (unless you have someone sleeping on a sofa, or put 3 people in the king bed). We were on a girls trip, so 3 women in the king bed worked fine but wasn’t ideal! (Normally when considering how many people can sleep in a space I figure 2 people per bed unless it’s a twin size? Maybe I’m wrong!) The location was amazing. Very close to downtown. 5-10 minute Uber rides to anywhere we needed or wanted to go. Amazing views. Definitely will be coming back!
