Magnifique mais un petit bémol!

L'emplacement est exceptionnel. La vue est à couper le souffle et la patate de corail, qui se situe dans la baie, permet de faire du snorkeling en partant de la plage. Le personnel est très sympathique et arrangeant.

Le générateur électrique et le lieu où nous avons été placé dans l'hôtel. Seul bémol mais de taille! Le bruit du générateur était tellement insupportable dans une des 2 chambre que nous avons louées, qu'il nous a fallu changer de chambres en pleine nuit, gâchant ainsi notre première nuit sur place. Le bâtiment où nous avons été logé ressemble davantage à un motel de bord de route qu'au reste de la propriété qui est magnifique. Attention à demander de ne pas être mis dans ce côté de l'hôtel !

The Italien and mexican restaurant + sun lounger was good

The people at the reception were not very helpful after checking in. You cannot be picked up by your own taxi at the hotel. Then you have to walk the abaut 2 km out to the main gate if you don't want to use their taxi. The food in main restaurant was sad.

Hidden Gem! Take 2!

Apparently I like the hotel because that's my 2nd stay! The location is the best thing about this hotel, really special beach and the facilities are good 2 bars by the beach and one bar by the pool, another bar in the hall, plus lobby bar all working, Breakfast menu is always the same, all other meals you find something to eat, desserts are nice, bakery, soups, grills, BBQ, etc.. The pool is injected with warm water as our stay this time was February but soon there was no need for the pool as weather started to get warmer and so did the red sea finally I could swim .. again what I like most about this hotel is the beach really special and the staff are professional nice and friendly

No ash trays by the elevator .. some of the staff stare in a weird way.. the hotel gets all its power from huge diesel generators so sometimes no hot water , some other times not hot enough, and sometimes no water at all hot or cold but the later didn't last long and it's sorted quickly.. we stayed in a room that had internal door for next room and I suppose both rooms had no privacy we could hear each other all the time .. there are works on the beach maintenance for some bungalows a lot of construction machinery early morning noise and dust everywhere specially by kids pool area .. one time some manager collected all waiters in the restaurant and started giving them a lecture shouting loud i couldn't enjoy my coffee .. okay that's enough things I dislike because I love this place and I will hopefully go again 3rd time ☺️ because yes it's not perfect but the location and the people who work there are amazing 🤩

Egész biztos, hogy még visszatérünk ide, nagyszerű élményekkel lettünk gazdagabbak!

Az ételek fenségesek! A szálloda összes dolgozója maximálisan kedves, udvarias, segítőkész. Mindenki köszön, mosolyog, megkérdezi van-e szükségünk valamire. A szállodában elérhető programok vannak (strandlabda, zumba, jóga stb). Kérésre hoznak-visznek taxival reptérre, vagy ahová épp szeretne menni az ember. A szobában minden nap cserélik a törülközőket, hoznak palackos vizet. Vízforraló is volt a szobában. A szállodának saját strandja van, a napozó ágyakat is díjmentesen lehet használni. Az öböl fantasztikus! Gyönyörű homokos a part, az öbölben gyenge a tenger hullámzása, így úszásra akár gyermekeknek is alkalmas. Őszintén a medencét ki sem próbáltuk, annyira jó a tengerparti része. Hazafelé délben kellett kijelentkeznünk, de a repülőnk csak este indult. Ezért délutánra befizettünk egy sivatagi quad túrára (ami egyébként fantasztikus élmény volt!). A recepción dolgozó Magdi Fawzy úr végtelenül kedves volt, mert segített, hogy a quad túra után kaptunk egy szobát, hogy le tudjunk zuhanyozni és átöltözni, és az esti indulásig a szálloda vendégei voltunk. Ezúton is hálásan köszönjük!

Februárban hűvösek az éjszakák, és a szobában nem volt fűtés. A takaró alatt meleg volt, de a szoba reggelre áthűlt. Nincs kábel TV.

Plage de l'hôtel très appréciable / Jolie cadre & vue sur la mer rouge / Équipe d'animation sympathique / Bonne literie / Seule la nourriture du restaurant mexicain (restaurant "à la carte" à réserver dès votre arrivée) est bonne.

Pas de wifi dans la chambre / Chambre et salle de bain mériteraient d'être rénovées. Le gros point négatif de cet hôtel selon moi est la mauvaise qualité de la restauration. Le tarif par nuit pourrait être justifié si les plats servis étaient de qualité, ce qui est loin d'être le cas. Tout est insipide et de mauvaise qualité, que ce soit dans le restaurant principal (buffet) ou au niveau des encas proposés dans les différents bars / Excursions et taxis facturés bien au-delà des tarifs habituels. J'ai personnellement été choquée par le sentiment d'invisibilité que m'a fait ressentir un membre du personnel (un responsable), en s'adressant uniquement à mon mari, sans même me jeter un regard ne serait-ce que pour me saluer. Perturbant.

Voor herhaling vatbaar

Prachtig hotel met prachtig strand en heel vriendelijk personeel.

Ik vond het eten in het hoofdrestaurant niet goed. Ik betaalde voor wifi in mijn kamer maar die werkte maar half. Ze hebben echt hun best gedaan om het op te lossen.Na enkele dagen konden ze het oplossen,maar van een terugbetaling wilden ze niet weten!

استقبال محترم بكل ود وترحاب وسرعة في استلام الغرفة وتلبية اي طلب الغرفة مرتبة وفي قمة النظافة وشاملة كافة التجهيزات واطلالة رائعة علي البحر العاملين بالفندق جميعا في كافة تخصصاتهم في غالية الود والتفاعل مع النزلاء ويتسابقون لتلبية اي طلب فريق الانيميشن ودود للغاية .. يضفي بهجة غير عادية وسعادة بتواجدهم المستمر بين النزلاء وفي قمة المرح واخيرا كل الشكر لمستر كارم مدير الفندق الذي يحرص علي الترحيب بالجميع بكل ود ومحبة

A thoroughly enjoyable stay, but some improvement needed.

Tremendous location, private beach on its own bay with snorkelling opportunities immediately offshore was superb. Staff friendly and quick to help. Other guests enthusiastically participated in the evening entertainment.

Food wasn't fantastic in quality or variety and was often cold. Quality of drinks served was poor (a limited range of exclusively domestic alcohol). Rooms were somewhat dated compared to the recreational areas of the complex.

Soggiorno perfetto!!!

Ho alloggiato in questo Hotel con il mio compagno e mi sono trovata benissimo. È molto accogliente e ci sono molte aree e bar per il relax. Ho scelto questo hotel principalmente per la posizione, la baia perfetta per lo snorkeling coralli e pesci coloratissimi raggiungibili a nuoto dalla riva… ed è stata una scelta vincente! Personale simpatico e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta, il menù del ristorante è vario e internazionale con qualche specialità locale, massima disponibilità e cortesia per eventuali intolleranze o allergie alimentari. Inoltre oltre al ristorante a buffet ci sono anche due ristoranti alla carta (orientale e messicano) sempre nella formula all inclusive. Snack e bevute sia nell’area piscina che sulla spiaggia dove ci sono altri due ristoranti dove volendo si può pranzare. La camera è molto spaziosa e comoda dotata di balcone vista mare, la pulizia viene effettuata tutti i giorni, gli asciugamani da mare sono inclusi e vengono cambiati tutti i giorni così come gli asciugamani da bagno. Inoltre l’hotel sovrasta una baia totalmente riparata dal vento con una barriera corallina varia e colorata e piena di pesci. La spiaggia è molto grande con ombrelloni e lettini compresi. Ci sono anche alcune attività organizzate ma per nulla invasive se qualcuno non fosse interessato a farle. All’interno dell’hotel ci sono anche dei negozi per acquistare souvenir. Altamente consigliato!!! Rapporto qualità-prezzo top! Spero di tornare presto!

Vacanza da 10 e lode a hurgada

La struttura è in una posizione a dir poco ottima per non dir perfetta..barriera corallina bellissima e non sembra quasi nemmeno d’esser a hurgada ma marsa alam..con pesci e coralli bellissimi. Struttura nuova..molto bella..ristoranti vari oltre al solito di base..con un messicano e un arabico ottimi!!… Camera molto spaziosa la nostra..e comodità in spiaggia con due bar ristoranti che servono durante il giorno e che quindi permetton di pranzar sul mare… Bottiglie di acqua vengon date ai vari ristoranti bar..cosa non indifferente e all inclusive che comprende tutto.. E dimenticavo un bar aperto 24h su 24. Morale voto 10. Sig.kamal sempre presente e sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza.

Tutto ottimo..forse il ristorante centrale potrebbe aver più varietá di pietanze.. Ma comunque non è un problema data la varietà dei ristoranti presenti nel resort e ripeto ottimi.

La plage Les restaurants oriental et mexicain moyennant un supplément La gentillesse du chef du restaurant oriental

Le grand restaurant nourriture médiocre La piscine est un peu petite pour 500 chambres La vue depuis la chambre qui donne certes sur la mer mais aussi et surtout sur les bungalows de l’hôtel d’à côté actuellement encore en travaux La fenêtre de notre chambre qu’on nous a presque accusé d’avoir cassée alors qu’elle était cachée par le rideau et que nous n’avons rien remarqué La coupure d’électricité La coupure d’eau Le bruit du compresseur mis en route suite à la coupure d’électricité La plage est accessible par escalier au bas de la falaise heureusement il y a un service de navette Les restaurants de plage sont sous dimensionnés par rapport au nombre de clients 15 à 20 tables maximum Et pour finir ma carte de crédit qui prétendument ne fonctionnait pas alors que c’était leurs appareils qui ne fonctionnaient pas correctement j’ai dû insister lourdement pour pouvoir payer. Posizione, mare e la barriera ECCELLENTE, pulizia e cibo da migliorare

La posizione! Il posto MERAVIGLIOSO, l'accesso diretto al mare dalla spiaggia privata con la sabbia e acqua cristallina! Cercavamo la struttura con la spiaggia e con la barriera nelle vicinanze! Entrambe le cose si trovano in questa struttura! Si può fare il bagno senza farsi male ai piedi, l'ingresso in acqua morbido l'acqua cristallina e calda! A pochissimi metri dalla spiaggia si può ammirare un Reef colorato e pieno di pesci! La sensazione di nuotare in un acquario è fantastica!

Non ho apprezzato particolarmente il cibo, ma consapevole che in Africa è così. La mia figlia celiaca si è trovata in grande difficoltà anche se lo staff molto gentile cercava di trovare delle soluzioni. Purtroppo non c'è proprio la cultura del senza glutine e quindi chi ha problemi alimentari si trova in difficoltà! Un'altra cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stata la pochissima attenzione nella pulizia delle camere, mancavano i prodotti per l'igiene personale e anche se richiesti non venivano forniti perché finiti, il bagno non è stato pulito per 4 giorni di seguito, veniva rifatto il letto e sistemate un po' cose personali in giro per la camera.

استثنائي بمعنى الكلمة.

الفندق أكثر من رائع، موقع ساحر يطل على البحر من قمة جبل صغير، قمة في السحر والجمال لمن يريد البعد عن ضوضاء المدينة، المكان به لمسة جمالية رائعة خاصة الاستقبال والقاعات حولها، الشاطئ واسع، ورملى ناعم، قمة في الروعة ومياة البحر نقية وجانبي الخليج يحتويا على مناطق بها شعاب مرجانية وأسماك ملونة. الشيء المميز في هذا الفندق عن غيره هو حماسة رغبة العاملين في تقديم مستوى متميز من الخدمات والحرص على راحة الضيوف وتلبية طلباتهم، اشهد بأني تم معاملتي بصورة لم اراها في أكبر فنادق مصر، خالص التقدير والتحية للإدارة والاستقبال على كل ما قدموه لي خلال تلك الأجازة، ولا انسي الود من شيفات المطعم والعاملين به. كل شيء كان استثنائي بالفعل.

بالنسبة لي لا توجد عيوب واضحة ولكن ملاحظة: دائما هناك مجال للتطوير نظرا لحداثة عمر الفندق في مجموعته الجديدة، خاصة وسائل الراحة، حيث إن الفندق لم يعمل بكامل طاقته بعد، وانا واثق ان رغبة العاملين وحماستهم ستصل بالفندق لاعلى المستويات في المستقبل.

we wish we could have stayed longer here

it seemed not to be a 4- but a 5-star hotel! Everything was perfect. Food was excellent. Room fantastic with best seaview from the big balcony. Everybody was very kind, friendly helpful, smiling.
