This custom spec-house was built in July 2022 and the basement has been finished into a fully legal apartment complete with independent furnace/thermostat, full size washer and dryer, electric driveway parking (1 stall) , private side entrance, dishwasher, and electrical panel. Nothing about this apartment makes it feel like it’s in a basement Please note that there is no centralized air conditioning. There is centralized venting bringing in cool air from the outside and a stand up fan is provided in the bedroom for your comfort.
