The backyard features a private dock, pool, hot tub, and covered outdoor patio. This home has everything you need and is near Bean Point Beach and Bayfront Park, perfect for enjoying the Florida sun. Drop kayaks and paddleboard from the dock, grab a seat, and wave to the boats going by. When you walk in the front door, you enter the large great room featuring the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining, getting the family together, and having a blast on vacation. Beautiful flooring, gorgeous trim carpentry and finishes, and a spectacular kitchen will make any level chef happy. The primary bedroom is located on the left side of the home, and it is set aside from the other bedrooms and living area. The primary bedroom features a King bed, doors leading to the pool, covered patio space with amazing views from your bed, and a large ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a gorgeous tiled walk-in shower. You'll find the remaining three bedrooms on the home's opposite side. The first of these bedrooms features a King bed decorated with shark teeth and nautical décor for a fun way to "sink your teeth" into your trip! The second bedroom features a Queen bed with beautiful beachy décor. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a beautiful vanity and tile walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom features waterfront views, exterior access to the pool, and a Full over Full Bunk Bed. This room also has a bathroom just outside the interior entrance to the room, and that bathroom also has exterior access and doubles as the pool bath. Room Details -Primary Bedroom: King bed and ensuite bathroom -Second Bedroom: King bed, shares hallway bathroom -Third Bedroom: Queen bed, shares hallway bathroom -Fourth Bedroom: Full over Full Bunk bed with a single Trundle bed, shares hallway bathroom As you walk through the home or look at the pictures here, you'll notice the stunning views through almost all of the windows and doors! There are waterfront views from almost every room in the house, and they do not disappoint. Sunset is almost as amazing here as it is on the beach, grab a chair, sit by the pool, BBQ, and watch the sunset without leaving your home. Explore the world-famous beaches that are just a quick walk or bike ride away and two blocks away is Bayfront Park which sits on Tampa Bay and it provides a beach, a playground for the kids, and amazing views of Tampa Bay and the Sunshine Skyway. You can walk from this area, along the beach, all the way to the North End (Bean Point) of Anna Maria, where Tampa Bay meets the Gulf. There really is not a prettier way to get to the Gulf, and you'll absolutely love this amazing walk. Or, walk the half block over to Pine Avenue and then head West about two blocks, and you'll be at the Pine Avenue Beach Access in just a few short minutes There is so much to do and so much to see! This property does not allow pets. *Please note, boats are not permitted to tie up to the dock. This house does not allow usage of the boat lift. *Please note the garage at the home is not accessible for guests. *Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age. Please Remember: "You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property." *Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.

We enjoyed our stay on Anna Maria Island. Property location was wonderful - walking distance to many shops and restaurants close to the free trolley. The outside patio lights either didn’t work or we had trouble turning them on. We had minor issue with the property - service was out the next day. No outside wifi speakers for pool area - very disappointing- so if you are checking in to this property bring your own. Also pool temperature didn’t stay consistent with temperature. We were told upon check in pool temperature maybe be less than desired- however that wasn’t the case - but on day three seemed like pool was not heated at all.

Excellent location, lovely views and clean! Pool and outside set up were great and sunsets were spectacular from the back porch. Perfect for us and 2 teens but would accommodate several more.

Great Location
All in all we enjoyed our stay. We arrived early by plane and asked to be allowed to check in early…even 30min early. Communication was good, but I feel like zero effort was made. Inspector came at 3:50 (coincidence?). Even after he left, we couldn’t get in until we called at 4:15 for code. I’d rather the property mngmnt just say no instead of stringing us along for hours. Issues: live rat in grill upon arrival. I got rid of it, and let mngmnt know. They were supposed to clean or replace grill. Instead, a guy showed up unannounced to “get rat”. Poor communication. Two TV’s were without power cords. We received these on Day 2. One ceiling fan outside was stuck on low and could not be changed. Spa beside pool basically has no jets to speak of. Only one person can reasonably fish off of dock at a time. The garage and multiple cabinets/closets are “owner only”. In the summer, a garage would have been wonderful to have. All in all the house is nicely located and clean. It has the bare minimum of cooking items and honestly just zero personality. Beach chairs…there were 3 and one was broken badly. We bought 3 more and left them. Bikes…rusty and poorly maintained. Cooler…none. We bought one for beach and left it. Fishing rods…two; both broken. We bought 3 and left them. It was a hotel experience; not a house experience. We use home rental sites a lot and this was simply mediocre. Enjoy our chairs, cooler, fishing rods :)

Staying at the Rod and Reel for a week was absolutely paradise. The home is beautiful and the outdoor area is perfection. The home is well stocked and the bathrooms have so many towels we never ran out! The breathtaking views from the yard of the canal were just wonderful. We saw many beautiful shorebirds, our husbands fished off of the dock and kayaked to the bay. We will definitely be back next year. AMI locals are an amazing company to deal with!!

Paradise
Staying at the Rod and Reel for a week was absolutely paradise. The home is beautiful and the outdoor area is perfection. The home is well stocked and the bathrooms have so many towels we never ran out! The breathtaking views from the yard of the canal were just wonderful. We saw many beautiful shorebirds, our husbands fished off of the dock and kayaked to the bay. We will definitely be back next year. AMI locals are an amazing company to deal with!!

Beautiful house
This house was beautiful and very well appointed. Due to a Covid, we spent most of our time here and was so thankful for the backyard. Kitchens in rentals can vary but this kitchen has everything we needed — in perfect condition and enough quantity!
Location was good — being close to Pine to eat and get ice cream. Little bit more of a walk to the beach but love that we could go to Pine or Bean point.
Highly recommend and property management Company was responsive when I had a small question.

There is also a grill available; we never actually used it as we ate dinners out every evening (many great restaurants around AM/Holmes/Cortez area w great seafood/fresh fish. As they said, "stunning" is right. Everything exactly as listed. Very relaxing. Clean, new fresh.... The only issue we had was new home construction going on next door at 7am every morning and all day but this is totally out of this property control. A+++

We were a multi generational family and this home was perfect. We love the fact that we could get to beaches, town and restaurants so easily. Our young children loved the pool. We rented a boat and kept it at the dock. Wonderful vacation spot.

We have had a very good stay.The house is very comfortable, very clean and very close to the beach. The children had a lot of fun. The house meets all the requirements that a family needs to spend a very good vacation I recommend. Thank you very much for your attention, we hope to return you back.

Perfect Family Vacation
We absolutely loved our week at this property! We had our five children and grandma and grandpa stayed with us. We had plenty of space and felt very comfortable!! We were even Able to host extended family for a party and the house was excellent for entertaining.
We have a lot of small children, so walking to the beach wasn’t very practical, but they loved the pool and the dock out back.
We had a great week and would definitely stay again next time we are back in AMI!
