Le nettoyage de la chambre très tard dans la journée. Et il manquait des articles à chaque fois comme les serviettes, verres dans la sale de bain, etc.

The location was great. Close to everything within walking distance.
Latch locks on the room doors. Fitted sheets on the bed not just a flat sheet laid on top. More information on restaurant etc. A better hottub and I suggest frosting the window to the pool- so awkward. My cast on the TV never worked for me.
For the price you could have gotten more elsewhere.

Staff was amazing. Our valet parked car was hit by another guest. Although having to deal with this and cutting off our time in Lower Old Time, staff and the man who hit our car were all great. The location was great.
the air conditioning unit was too noisy when coming on and shutting off so we didn't use it. I let the staff know.

Great location , and the lobby area was great!
Substandard quality for the cost. Staff that we dealt with at front desk was abrupt and very unhelpful.
Bed was uncomfortable, sheets were very abrasive.
I truly felt we overpaid for what we booked.

The hotel is well situated with a street of restaurants right next door and is walking distance to the Old City. The room was very clean and the shower water pressure was great.

clean and comfortable room; slept very well; great location to start the day with a refreshing walk across the plain to a pavillion that offer a splendid view of the St laurent then on to the board walk that took us into old Quebec where we enjoyed exceptional pastry in a small authentic French café. Great musical performances in the street and don't miss a visit of Notre Dame. It all takes your heart and soul right back to Europe!
The front desk staff was always polite and courteous but should have known that breakfast service was available on the premises starting 7 am.

Central location is above and beyond exceptional. I addition, the premises are very quiet considering the central location of the hotel.
Could use better coffee in the rooms. Nespresso style would be nice.

The location was great and the valet service was excellent. The personnel was kind and friendly.
For the price and for it being a 5-star hotel, the room was mediocre. A tiny carpet in the entrance for boots in winter isn’t adequate. The faucet in the shower was loose. The toilet didn’t always flush correctly. The place was clean and comfortable, but I expected more because of the rating and the price.

hot tub was perfect. we enjoyed it a lot in the cold weather. location is also perfect.

A short walk to virtually everything.
The new years celebrations were near us, but didnt pose a distraction for us.
TV was too hard to sort out.
If you are opting to have your toom cleaned less frequently they might wiah to leave more. Coffee etc available.
