I had a blast!

I loved the location, I also loved the room we got. The size was perfect for me, and my 3 daughters and the beds were comfortable and the property was quiet. I also liked the fact that there was a kitchen, and we were able to make meals.

It would have been nice if there were coffee/tea and snacks available in the lobby.

Excellent location, practical accomodation

Location is perfect, it’s very neat and handy to have a small kitchen in the room

We took a small room and the queen bed was a bit cosy for 2.

Great location and beautiful

The property location was great, we had a studio room so we made our breakfast one of the mornings which was lovely. The view we had was lovely too.

It was a little noisy at night when we had the window open to cool the room down, the interior of the room was old fashioned but that’s not too important.

Good hotel in a great location with hot pool, hot tub and sauna which makes the stay very enjoyable.

Everything is AWFUL. It’s an absolute lame.

1. It was a quest to book the room. This weird property doesn’t accept any credit card through booking.com. I provided 3 cards, no one was accepted. All these cards work in other hotels on booking.com. They demanded to share my credit card information by phone. I’ve never done this before but it was the only way to book the room. 2. Some fraudsters texted and called me in three days since I left this property. They said they were from cascade lodge, they knew my room number and some personal information. So this hotel doesn’t keep the personal information or even credit card information from fraudsters. 3. I was staying 2 nights. Nobody came to clean up the room. 4. There are no any ski room in this property. I had to dry my ski boots in my room. It’s nonsense. It’s ski resort. Guys, made the ski room. Every mediocre guest house in any European ski resort has a ski storage. Leave alone the free shuttle to ski lift. It’s also “must have” for any ski resort. As a result, I’m going to go to police, to find out how my personal information was given to the fraudsters.

Excellent location and nice patio

Location is amazing. Steps to the village - cafes, shops, restaurants and slopes - but just tucked away enough that it’s quiet. The condo itself was spacious and it was so nice having a wraparound balcony to enjoy our morning coffees. Facilities were nice too - we spent lots of time in the hot tub (only downside was the 2 hot tubs are small and often very busy, though no fault of the property) and the heated pool.

The bed pillows! I’m not typically picky about pillows and it’s never been an issue for me before.. but they were SO large and uncomfortable. Could not sleep on them. We ended up swapping them for couch cushions (and putting pillow cases on them) but that was not much better. Having some smaller pillows available as well would be nice.

Overall stay was great. Thankful for the proximity to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is amazing. Very walkable to the shops, restaurants, slopes, and gondola.

There were couple of lounge chairs broken, old pool towels and trash on the roof (we were on the second floor).

I won’t stay here because I can’t sleep well.

The AC is too noisy. When it starts, the noise is huge enough to wake up everyone. And it happens time to time overnight. We’ve to set the temp as high as possible and then shut it off at night.

Great lodge with great facilities, however Whistler Blackcomb lift tickets are way too expensive!

Facilities are great including in the room and in the lodge like the pool and spas. Lift base is 10 minutes away. Overall value is good.

Staff at the reception could be a touch warmer...

Great location and a value for Whistler properties.

Very easy check-in. Absolutely loved that the front desk called room about an hour later to double-check that everything was good. Location was excellent - within an easy (10 minute) walk to base lifts plus a "free" shuttle stop right across the street - well located for all the amenities of the village. Ski concierge in lobby was really helpful. Vacassa staff was very helpful and friendly.

Room was a little worn (carpet stains, bathroom mold) and not especially comfortable (only seating was two stiff/wooden dining chairs) in a very tight studio with limited storage space. Kitchen-ette (advertised as full kitchen?) was use-able but a bit minimal (e.g. portable electric hob), mini fridge was oddly placed in cabinet (door dragged on carpet). While there are two (smaller) jacuzzis - they're not sufficient for this property as they were routinely overflowing with guests (and guests from adjacent properties?)

bed was dirty with hair.. when i told the concierge they just asked what i did and i told them since it was late at night i just removed it and slept. they just said great and did nothing. why ask then...

Room was adequate, location was great

The location was central and easy to access the mountain and other things in the village. The mattress and pillows were comfy.

Room and entire property could have been cleaner. The whole thing needs a good scrub down and some new paint/carpet.

Great location and within easy access to Whistle center.

Staff very helpful. Good location and within an easy walk to the village centre. Swimming pool and hot tub excellent.

Furniture and décor a little dated. Probably a bit far to walk for families with small kids and their ski equipment.

We had a great time staying in Cascade Lodge.

Very convenient, so close to everything. The pool was a nice size. The hotel comes with an equipment valet and gym. So it has everything you need.

The unit/room can use a little updating (ie carpet can be redone. It’s old and dated)

The location was good and close to the bus stop. Also big thanks to Taylor at the front desk. She was amazing helping us with some issues we had

The Sauna it’s actually not working. If you do have a sauna but the temperature is less than 50 degrees please don't advertise it. Be honest in your descriptions.

Great location & value

We loved the close proximity to the village while being in a quiet location. The pool and hot tubs were really nice, and the room itself was comfortable, well equipped and very clean which we appreciated. The whole property seemed to be well maintained. We would definitely stay again.

Garbage disposal is a little bit of a hassle but it was nice that they make an effort to recycle.

Cozy and Convenient

This place is a no frills, budget friendly option in a great location right in the heart of the village. Staff were friendly, hot tub was hot, and the bed was super comfy. Will definitely be back.

The location was great! It's close to everything. The facilities were clean and the room was spacious.

The pool was cold, wish it was warmer and they ran out of pool towels. BUT these are small things. We really enjoyed our stay.

Booking.com website problems with my credit- I was told the credit card wasn’t valid. The details of the card were accurate. After reentering the same details I received numerous emails warning me about possible cancellation of the reservation. After resolving the issue with a phone call to customer service, I received numerous duplicate emails confirming receipt of payment.

Great location, comfortable 1 bedroom.

Great location. Easy walk to all parts of the village and quiet as it’s away from Main Street. Pool and hot tubs are nice as well.

The bathroom sink wasn’t draining well. Pull out couch mattress is thin and the springs are weak/too soft.

Love it!

The location is amazing, right in the village, took us like 6 min walking to get to the lift. Great facilities: hot tub, pool, gym and sauna. The room was nice and quiet, we had everything we needed

Good value stay for ski

24 hour front desk was very helpful since we arrived very late. The garage is right below the building, which is nice and close. Location is great: the lodge is in the center of the village and very close to ski lift and gondola. Room was clean and cozy. That was all we needed.
