Fantastic location close to the ferry to Quebec City. Very nice renovations and excellent kitchen and dining area.

Room was nice. Bed comfy. Well stocked with linen. Nice location and easy to find.
Noise. Our room was by the front door which was noisy (creaked and slammed) and the stairs outside our door creaked. People staying in upstairs rooms were using common area late and were loud. We went to bed early as we had to be up early to leave but were kept awake. Not a good night.

Location good. Interesting area of town. Nice facility.
Not the suite we thought we were getting. Poor communication with host. TV didn't work. Drain in bathroom slow/clogged. Unclear check out instructions

Very clean, modern and well equipped. Beautiful views across the river towards Québec city.
Close to the ferry crossing and local supermarket.
The communal air conditioning. Unnecessary as each room is equipped with an individual air-conditioning unit. It's noisy and made our room a bit too cold for our liking.
Other than that, everything was perfect.

Noisy guests that arrived after hours.

Location and old charm of the property. Ease of check in.
Stay was for 3 nights during which time no one entered to check towels, coffee supplies, change/take out garbage from room. I do not mind making my own bed, but did mind taking out garbage twice daily (1 tiny can in bathroom). On a positive note, they did immediately call in an electrician to fix bathroom light when advised of the problem.

The temperature was very cold 18. C and no one was on hand To help us.

The view from the kitchen is fantastic. The location is perfect. Not so far from the mall or supermarket, and it's pretty close to the ferry on foot. We could save some money on gas and parking lot because we crossed the river by ferry and got into the old Quebec.
The bed was too soft so I couldn't sleep well, but it wasn't a significant problem. Other than that, everything was fine. It's simple but good.

This location was setting up in a new format and we were one of the first guests so some of the breakfast options were still getting organized. I have no doubt that in a few days it will be all worked out. We would stay there again.

Great reception, location and facilities. Close to everything you need and walking distance to the ferry. Room is well maintained and very clean. We were greeted at the door when we got there with a big smile and lots of info about the area. Will return there for sure!!

Beautiful room with a porch just across the river from Old Town Quebec. Room was clean, comfortable and self checkin was perfect for us. The ferry to Old Town was a short walk away with convenient departure time. Evenings were very quiet. There were a few local restaurants just across the street.
The 15 min walk to/from the ferry dock has a steep section with stairs. Just an FYI for those with mobility issues.

The room and furnishings looked new and pleasant. There’s a little deck (although we didn’t have time to use)
Payment must be done with cash or Interact. Credit cards not accepted.
The regular period for check-in is only between 4pm and 6pm. Although it’s possible to checkin outside of the hours by calling the owner.
We arrived 5:55pm, the owner already left. We had to call her.

I did not eat breakfast but it looked delicious. My Granddaughter did and she liked it. The owner was very gracious and the home is very nice and clean and the location and price were excellent. I would recommend the stay to anyone.
