Hotel fantastico con staff improvvisato

Bellissimo Hotel e splendida posizione

Lo staff era a dir poco "improvvisato" e alcune aeree come la palestra piene di operai rumorosi che facevano lavoretti. L'ultimo giorno non c'era neanche un cameriere per poterci aiutare con i bagagli e mio marito ha dovuto prendere il carrello dal magazzino e portarlo su

This was our third time staying here and will stay here again.

I love the location and friendly staff. The recent needed renovations were very good.

Late late night it took the water a very long time to heat up. Sometimes it didn’t heat up.

Beautiful place to stay

The staff was extremely attentive and friendly (especially the bellhop, the waitress at the restaurant, and the hotel manager), the food at the restaurant was excellent, the room was beautiful and clean.

I have no complaints about this gorgeous hotel and it's wonderful staff. They made our stay memorable.

Standard room, nice hotel and reception area

Room was clean and nice reception. Enjoyed pb&j hour!

Valet staff were not that friendly. Room wasn’t too special but I guess that’s what’s you get.

All in all, Le Pavillion was a great choice for our trip. We will be staying here again.

Beautiful hotel with an interesting history and close to the Superdome. Valet parking lot is right next to the hotel so we were able to see our vehicle from our room window, which is great in New Orleans.

Construction was underway for the bar area, so staff had to set up a makeshift bar in the lobby area. Glad they were able to accommodate some patrons this way at least. Breakfast area was nice, but the selections should be refilled quicker.

A nice place to visit once.

The room was very nicely appointed, and the shower was fantastic. In addition, the breakfast in the restaurant was very good.

The walls were paper thin, and you could hear everything inside and outside. At midnight a restaurant acrorss the street had live music playing out on the street, which woke us from a dead sleep.

Room was cold and couldn't regulate. Quilt cover un pressed, looked like it had just been dragged out of drier. Noise distribution regularly, told was testing of alarms but went on for hours

It was ok.

Clean, nice location.

Staff didn't know how to use the computer at front desk. Had trouble getting receipts. Shower only had 1/2 door and got water everywhere!

So of the employees was nice and everything was walking distance

Had to wait over an hour to check in no linens TV didn't show clearly we left some properties there and it took days for response

Great job from an historic hotel

I loved the designs of the rooms, the staff was very friendly, the Napoleon suite was beautiful and I appreciated the peanut butter and jelly tradition a lot.

The building is historic so it definitely came with some drawbacks. One of the elevators was out of service the whole time we were there, our first room had a leak due to the rain but they more than made up for it by upgrading us to the suite. So, it really was a positive in my eyes.

My room felt hot my entire stay . Also, I asked for towels for my room but I would have to go downstairs and request the

it’s location . My first time staying at this property . My mom use to work at this property many many years ago. This hotel is apart of New Orleans’ history.

Upon my arrival the employee at the front desk was very distant and did NOT have very good eye contact and wasn’t too customer friendly . I didn’t get her name but she was a tall young lady that really seemed as if she didn’t want to answer any of my questions with elaboration.

Overall, we had a great stay and because of its location, I would stay again.

Breakfast was good and bedding was comfortable.

Only one elevator worked so we waited a good bit. While the rooms were comfortable, they were tight. The bathroom did disappoint me because it was very very small, had cracked/broken marble, stained pipes, and the tub was not that comfortable to relax in. My biggest issue would be that the air conditioning was not up to par.

Great stay!

The hotel is beautiful! Great location if you want to be close to the French Quarters, but away from the noise. Great location if you’re attending a game at Superdome or Smoothie King Arena.

One of the elevators was out, but they did everything to make your stay comfortable. They even gave us the option of canceling reservations without being charged for canceling.

A minor problem with a light not working properly was quickly attended to. Staff were pleasant to deal with. Recommend a

Good location, easy walk to Bourbon St and closer local restaurants.

Unfortunately there is currently no restaurant onsite except for weekend breakfast.

Great place to stay

I chose u for location and ease of parking, but also for the ambiance. It's just beautiful there. Even though I don't eat pb and jelly, i love that you do that for your guests who are tired and need a 'pick me up' before venturing out again in the evening.. Love the valet parking too. I can relax here in the beautiful rooms!

Parking charge, hmm. $50 for one night? It's great that u have secure parking, but you don't need to 'pile on'. Why not make it a bit more reasonable?

Disappointed with the accommodations.

Location Staff was nice and professional

Water wasn’t hot in shower or the sink. The first room we were assigned was room 405. Room 405 sink was dirty and stopped up. The closet door didn’t close. We were tired and needed to rest before our scheduled outing. We were moved to 817, the water was not hot in the shower or sink. The phone to contact front desk did not have good reception. The stairs leading to the 9th floor was dirty and needed vacuuming. Very disappointed with the quality.
