Great location, and to be honest although in the Annexe we had a great room and fantastic view of the beach and up Seabreeze
Wreck var was closed so really quite an unfortunate time we picked to visit
5.0
It was within walking distance of the beach.
It was a lot of construction going on and the “beach view” displayed the construction areas which blocked the view. The price I paid for the room should have been lower due to the view.

Beach view, beach accessibility, nearby activities, nice staff.
Our sheets weren’t changed, and nobody took our trash so we had to collect it. Not the end of the world, but it could have been better.

I didn’t like a single thing about this property. Really annoyed about almost everything.
The rude staff the dirty pool no one around for towels. Sidewalk was closed so we couldn’t use the bikes. Construction EVERYWHERE. Loud construction with a lovely fence right on the private beach. More construction right outside our “beach view” room that we paid extra to see tents and full grounds of orange platforms. We paid $45 extra a day for every single thing that was unusable at this location.

The room was nice , the view was incredible . The majority of the staff were pleasant. I liked having beach access.
Everything was way over priced. The only way to relax in front of the beach was to pay for a bed. I feel that paying the resort fee and the rate of the hotel you should have access to the view just as much as everyone else. The restaurants were expensive and not the quality it should be. It was over $15 for 2 coffees . There wasn't much close by. We had to uber A LOT. Overall I don't think I would stay again. Not for the cost. Its a beautiful place but much too expensive for what you get.

Great hotel, near the beach. Accept for the restaurants. Its would definitely need new restaurant. Naked Crag wasn’t so great . The waitress wasn’t paying attention when we order our food. The waiter who brought our food on the table saw the coke spilled all over the table and didn’t do anything at all left. Thinking he would be back with napkins or cleaning it up the mess but he didn’t come back at all. I mentioned to the waitress to let her know the drink got spilled on the table if she can bring another drink to replace the one that got spilled. And in our bill noticed she charged for the extra drink. Later after leaving the restaurant my husband wasn’t feeling so great after eating pastas with shrimps and another types of seafood -escalope. 1/2 later he got sick. Food poisoning. I don’t recommend going back to this restaurant. Bad experience.

I liked the location and the bikes! Check in staff was very nice.
Hotel bar and food were opened late. I requested an extra blanket and the man who delivered it was very friendly and quick.
Confusing to find our room in a building other than the one we checked in to. It was dark when we checked in and it would have been helpful to have an escort or a painted path to follow.
FYI: Not sure how many bikes the hotel actually has...but we took two of them at 7am (when the bike office opened) and there were only three bikes total when we headed out for a ride. Several people were waiting to use the ones we took out when we returned.
No music playing in hotel bar at night and too bright at the bar. Needed cozier/more relaxing atmosphere.

Beach access, on site restaurants, staff
Rooms are dated , hallways were dated and dirty

It was right on the beach.
There was bodily fluids on the bed. They kept walking into our room without knocking. Then when speaking to the front desk they were rude. The manager did help at the end.

Breakfast was very expensive and I ordered a dish with crab in it and there was no crab to be found.
Liked the location to the ocean and that is why I choice this hotel.

We loved the location of the property it was right on the beach and easy access getting in and out
We didn’t like that we HAD to valet vs Peking our own cars. We’ve also learned that the hotel isn’t equipped with heating as the temperatures dropped on some night and we had to have a heater in the room.

Large beach and away from the roadway. Kevin at the beach to assist with beach chairs was outstanding. Sand Bar drinks were delicious!!! Mariah and James were the hardest working servers on the beach.
No one explains that 18% is automatically added to every purchase. Coffee maker didn’t work and towels in room and for the beach are old and thin.

Breakfast was so overpriced we could not afford it
Cost, cleanliness. There was some bodily fluid on one bed. Looked like boogers.

The property itself was just fine, no complaints about the room. Bathroom was huge, so nice. I don’t think there should be a charge for the umbrellas on the beach, or at least not over $26 per day. You are already paying a $40 per day resort fee for a lounger and 2 towels per request.
I ordered a Caesar salad and the croutons, probably about 35 on the salad were extremely generic, store bought. I expected for the price they should have been house made. I’m a Vegetarian and there was very little to order on the menus of each restaurant.

We enjoyed our time but there are a few things to note: rooms are ok. Not the nicest but they are clean. The lobby is a nice spot for hh or for a night cap. The service and bar outside by the pool and at the beach are great. The beach area and pool are awesome and probably the best part. Not 5 star food but good enough for a snack and the drinks were awesome. Also, walkable to a lot of restaurants which was really nice! We had a fun trip but not sure we would come back to this hotel specifically.
Cleaning doesn’t happen but once every 3 days and they come at super odd times (we would get knocks at like 7 am and then when we were trying to get ready for dinner around 5)…never experienced that before. Walls are paper thin so you hear everything and everyone but you can get by this if you keep your bathroom fan on. Avoid the Nasty Crab. It was the most bizzar horrible service. I didn’t even know a restaurant could be managed in this way. We audibly heard every table around us complaining. Our food came and no one came for 10 minutes to give us silverware and then we didn’t see another server for 20 minutes. I will say, every time I went up to the desk in the lobby or walked by, there was a different person complaining about something. Seemed like they had to navigate a lot. We had a fun trip but not sure we would come back to this hotel specifically.

This is our favorite place to get away when coming to Ft Lauderdale! The staff is always so kind and helpful, and the overall atmosphere is fun and welcoming. Good and adult beverages are always on point!
Probably the only suggestion I’d make is having a room that could be used to change and freshen up before heading to the airport. We usually have a late flight so spend the day at the beach.

Salty siren was good. My room was clean.
The staff was very rude. The staff was not at all helpful as I know nothing about the area. When trying to check out, the front desk lady was sound asleep and didn't even know I was there, alarms were even going off. You advertise this is an adults only resort, which it is definately not.

The lobby was nice and had restaurants and bars so it was nice to have all together
They didn't give an option for self parking. It was a mandatory $50 parking. Carpet down hallways looked kind of old and could use replacing. Rooms looked cheaply renovated.

The front desk staff were exceptional and went out of their way to accommodate you. The food service director (Mert) even went to the store to purchase ingredients to make cupcakes for my fathers birthday.
I think the facility declined during Covid and can use some TLC.

great location and enjoyed the poolside bar and beach front chairs
I felt like I was bothering the staff anytime I asked for housekeeping or extra towels/blankets for our room. I asked the front desk if housekeeping could please come to our room because they hadn’t been to our room yet and it was 3pm all they said was sure and then housekeeping didn’t come for another hour after that and they just seemed like I was disturbing them from whatever it was they were doing. the only blanket our bed had on it was 2 thin flat top sheets so I asked for extra blankets and they brought one blanket to us. housekeeping only came to our room one time because I requested them to do so but we stayed there for 4 nights so I was expecting daily cleanings. don’t bother ordering beachside service/food because it will take over an hour to get to you and it will be a mess and cold by the time you see it. I ordered fried sushi and when I opened the box it was spilt everywhere and the sauce was all over the inside of the bag. I just expected too notch service because this place is not cheap. it’s rather expensive actually and they have a lot of fees such as “resort fee and valet parking fees daily”
