Good but need improvement

Ladies from cleaning and cooking are awesome. They are greeting, respectful and professionals.

The stuff gave us another room, instead of booked one, without telling the reason. A long way to the ocean because of Tortuga festival. Old and tiny room.

Basic overpriced hotel

Air con was very noisy, pool did not close at 8pm noisy some nights until late no reinforcements of rules, not enough choice of breakfast items, not enough room to manoeuvre wheelchair in breakfast room staff did not offer to help reach items as I’m a wheelchair user would have been nice to have help, snack room no proper restaurant .

We enjoyed our stay will definitely be back..

Friendly staff nice looking small hotel, loved the breakfast hot options and balcony pool view room.

Our room A/C was very noisy but at least it worked and the pool should stay opened later in the evening.

Ok for one night.

The breakfast was ok, something for everyone.comfy bed.

Big noisy air conditioning unit right next to the bed! Walls were very thin, could hear someone snoring next door.

Location was great and breakfast was really good. Eveything was very clean !!

Their was one staff member that was not very friendly and dis not want to help you . She seemed like she just didn't want to be there ..

Loved the location of the property

We complained multiple times about the air not working properly in our room. I had a 1 month old and a 1.5 yeah old and the temperature wouldn’t go below 80

friendly staff, great location, good breakfast good hotel

good location, on site parking, friendly & helpful staff, nice pool area, good breakfast choice hot & cold, nice room’s & spacious.

the AC is located in a daft place in the rooms directly blowing onto you during the night rather than in the space in the room and is manually controlled no remote!

Good location, only bad part was the parking charge!!!

The breakfast buffet was the real thing..eggs, bacon, cereal, ham, hash brown,s toast and other things. Very impressed by the full buffet!!! The hotel was close to everything and the heated pool was excellent !!!

Can't wait to get back here

The room was extremely comfy and for my personal tastes, perfectly decorated. A private balcony where I could listen to birds and watch iguanas with my morning coffee and evening wine was an unexpected treat. As easy a walk as you want to get to the Ocean making it extremely convenient to come and go as you please.

I was very pleased over all.

all in all it was a comfortable stay if it wasn't for the flooding that left us without hot water and elevator

most hotels will have coffee/tea available all day or just water jugs with lemon or cucumber for guests coming from the beach. This hotel did not offer that

Great location!

Great location with a large and comfortable room. Very friendly lady who managed the breakfast restaurant.

Few facilities, unfriendly/unhelpful reception staff, and awful breakfast.

it was nice but carpet in bedroom was filthy. I get into the tub and all kinds of fuzz, hair you name it was in the tub.

after breakfast there was no coffee or tea available nor was a jug of lemony or cucumber water for people coming back from the beach. Other hotels had at least coffee and tea available all day.

beautiful close to beach and downtown including a pool.

beautiful clean property including a pool area and sunning area above. Located seconds from the beach, few minute walk/drive to the strip of restaurants, bar and shopping. About a 15 minute drive right over the bridge to downtown.

There was many people waiting in the lobby all morning and afternoon waiting for their ride to the cruise ships. Caused a lot of crowding with there luggage .

Very expensive for what you get.

Location is convenient to the beach.

Hotel and rooms are outdated, and would need remodeling. Room was small and carpet has seen better days. Furniture is old and should be replaced. Bathroom door had rust on the hinges. Found a used contact lens from the previous guest on the bathroom vanity which had evidently not been cleaned before my stay. Loud drunk spring breakers making all the other guests uncomfortable. $330/night is outrageous for an average quality hotel.
