I loved everything about the property. It is in such a great place. Once I walked in the room everything smelled so clean and new. The room was also very very clean, it made me feel very comfortable. My family and I loved this place. Especially the view!! It was so amazing to see everything out the window.

It was a last minute booking and when we arrive to be honest I wasn’t expecting the receptionist to be too kind. They try very hard to meet are expectations and that made my family and me happy.
To be fair the parking garage, we felt like our car was too big to fit. It was really stressing us out to find a parking lot. We felt like the cars were to close to each other.

Breakfast was not included.

Property was very clean, staff was exceptional.
Would have liked to see what sundries they had available. They were kept behind the counter and I could not see them.

Very clean an appealing. Designed a little out dated; however I know there’s some remodeling going to be done. Liked the fact there’s a weight room; however looked like the budget could have been increased a little to offer some more options than there were. Very pleased to see lifts for the pool and hot tub for the disabled.
Rooms felt cramped an smaller than the pictures shown. Bathrooms designed nicely however wasn’t desirable for how small it felt. Was disappointed that no complementary breakfast offered for guests. Was very disappointed to see that the Radisson was hosting a Pride fun raiser, wasn’t very happy with drag queens and queers in the lobby, restaurant, and bar. Didn’t give off a family atmosphere. Very disappointed that your values have been set very low.

Underground parking, refrigerator and coffee maker both included, great. It's the pick up point for one of the sightseeing tours.

Seems the room was just remolded as we still can smell the chemicals, I can see the dust on at the bathroom and some other places, the stuff showed the cold faces when we checked in and out..well, I felt lucky I only stay there for 1 night.

The staff was great. I talked to several at the front desk. Also, my room was well taken care of.
The WiFi was slow and some of my aps opened oddly--not normal.

Nothing on this trip. Have stayed there before to visit college kids at the U of U and it was always nice, but this time didn't work out so well. See below.
We were traveling for late arrival with reservation at a different hotel and they had not held our room. We used Booking.com to locate an alternate. We thought we had found an open reservation at the Radisson and booked it through Booking.com for 2 nights using the Booking.com mobile app with payment in full required up front. Five minutes later we were in the Radisson lobby only to find out that we had booked for the next night. Neither Radisson or Booking.com would refund our ~$400 fee. This all happened right at midnight, so all I can figure is that we got tangled up by the date change at midnight. We subsequently cancelled our reservation at Radisson and found lodging at the Doubletree. Nevertheless, neither Booking.com nor Radisson has shown any interest in refunding our credit card payment. We will NEVER use either one again.
