Bed Bug Problem. We were bitten multiple times and had to abort stay.

Location was great and close to family.

Very dirty, the bathroom floor looked like the floor of a gas station bathroom. The carpet in the hallways were all dirty, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The walls were sticky and the hotel was muggy. The pool was brown. Phone line didn’t work. Positive is that the sheets felt clean, staff was nice

Disappointing visit

The price was good

Aside from Price, everything was not good. Worse place I been. Use to worm for a Country Inn And Suutes of the Radisson CEO saw that place including my room he would be disappointed. There was mold on the ceiling pain in bathroom chiping. Bed sheets were damp. Could not understand half the staff need learn English. Nothing was vision paired friendly. Doubt I will go back to that place. Human services need be called to that place

No food worth eating. cold coffee.

Free breakfast was a joke. In a kind of scary neighborhood. Check in staff was helpful and friendly.

Not worth it

The beds where comfy. The location was good close to my office.

Zero housekeeping. No clean towels, my room was never cleaned over 7 days. Breakfast was never on time or really worth it.

Very disappointing.

Not much. Did not see any breakfast

Terrible area, The person handling check in could not have been less helpful. Terrible attitude. The woman at check out was friendly.The paint was peeling off the wall in the bathroom.

The place was cool just need some upgrades.

The room could have been cleaned better. Walls were dirty and paint peeling off the room door. Beds were uncomfortable. Toilet paper holder needs to be replaced.

No daily housekeeping to replenish supplies, towels, empty garbage. the curtained was half torn down. you couldn’t walk bare foot on the floor in your room without black feet. we were charged $300.00 for pet charge when I was messaged that there would be no charge. you had to pay $150.00 for damage and recovery in Cash but we were refunded when we checked out. the 1st day I called the front desk twice to get fresh towels and was told to come down to desk to get them. there was a lot of mold on the bathroom ceiling in which I am highly allergic to and can cause me to be hospitalized in which thankfully I was not but now I have a bad cold in which I believe was from a dirty Hotel. There was peeling paint every where. piled up trash at every trash can in rooms as well as public areas. we had the Vibe that it was a rent by the hour Hotel. There was NO drawers and only open shelves to place clothing and belonging on. There was no safe to put valuables in. We got locked out of our room at 10 am instead of 12 pm check out. The area that the Hotel was in was very sketchy and felt very unsafe when out at night.

my stay was alright

there was a nice amount of room

the night staff could have been better and they charge an extra $100 deposit if using a card and they don’t tell you unless your getting to the counter. The tub in the bathroom could have been better and the night services agent said i could check out at 12:30pm but housekeeping had a problem with it at 12 and tried to rush me.

The comfort, the cleanliness, the relaxation.

The shower head was not in the greatest shape. The water is spraying all over the place. I'm sure no one mentioned it because I know that would have been a quick easy fix
