No breakfast but within walking distance of Simmons bank arena. Stayed in king suite, nice clean room and comfy bed.

Great stay for the price considering the location, would definitely book again.

Everything was pretty neat & clean. The fridge was the only thing not cleaned properly. Bed was comfortable, carpets need to be cleaned better or replaced as a whole. Water was super hot, staff accommodated my needs and were very friendly, helpful & concerned. Accidentally left my red coat though.

Old dirty carpet, no up to date tv for Netflix and stuff like that

The gentleman at counter was helpful and they had me in the system like was supposed to. Communicated over w mail well.

Birthday trip for 16 year old

The location

I told the deposit went up from $50 to $100. But when we checked out the same guy that checked us in and told me that asked me did I pay a deposit and asked how much. So does everybody not pay a deposit and are they charging people different amounts?? Thankfully my deposit was returned to me upon check out

Convenience to concert venue. Very short walk. Clean. Comfortable. Fast food places very near. Just off of interstate.

I have stayed there before and that one incident would not stop me from booking that location again .

the room was clean and the gentleman at the desk was nice and so accommodating when we asked if we could have extra towels .

someone on one of the rooms on the side of us had a strong smell of marijuana coming from their room it was in the middle of the night so I did not advise the front desk of this but it was making my son very uncomfortable.

It’s in a nice location and a decent place to stay.

The cleaning and it needed a lil remodel and the covers had burnt holes in them because the locks on doors is not secured but overall it’s a fair place to stay but they need to invest in it.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to nobody visiting little rock

Didn’t have breakfast location was alright

The room was full of roaches in bathroom behind the tv on the wall on the stand couldn’t sleep cause of roaches

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. Thankful our fur baby was allowed at the hotel.

The staff was extremely helpful and the room was much nicer than anticipated.

No breakfast was offered and the coffee in the room was nasty.

deposit $50

nothing

When I arrived at the hotel they asked me for $50 dollars of "refundable" deposit and after check out they would return them to my card and they still do not appear returned to my card that does not seem correct to me because I had already made the payment for my room.

Excellent for it's class...Not a luxury hotel but. 10 for inexpensive lodging.

Really friendly front desk person, very clean, felt safe, comfortable attractive room. Within walking distance to Simmons arena, fast food places close by.

Area a little run down ...not the motels fault. Breakfast was juice and coffee only.

The rooms are clean, up to date , and excepted pets.

The female front desk lady freaked out on the booking. Com she thought j was cussing at her, I wasn't. Anyway she would book the stay for me. C u z she greedy.

GREAT LOCATION, Rooms are just barely OK

LOCATION EXCELLENT for stadium. Quick walk to stadium, several fast-food restaurants close. parking well lit.

BRING SHOWER SHOES! carpet was really old and dirty, same with chairs in room. didn't expect the RITZ it is an ECONO LODGE, but this one really needs to be updated.

Exceptional

It was a very nice stay. The hotel is clean and the staff is nice and professional. Close to the Simmons bank arena..dollar store across the street. Popeye's chicken next door McDonald's and Wendy's is close as well. And a convenience store close as well.
