It all was too stressful

The lady that checked me was not very helpful , I asked where 130 was located n she said behind us. And I said could you tell me a little more n she ignored me. I looked n looked for room n as I was driving threw parking lot I drove off a curb thing n probably messed car up.

All in all when arriving late for reservation I was well took care of my family by the receptionist late that evening

The guy at front desk when I checked in was not the best wanted to see my US drivers lic I said I live in Canada I don’t

It says breakfast but when I called to see where we go the lady at the desk said NO Breakfast I was not impressed

Good room, poor service.

The room and amenities were good.

The attitude of the night staff was not good. The property was advertised to include breakfast but the is no breakfast available. The staff was unsympathetic, saying I could go somewhere else, but refusing to discount any though services were not available. The coffee offered in the morning did not taste right. The staff refilled the machine, but it was still undrinkable.

Last ditch option, don't use the towels

That I only needed to stay there 8 hours at night, heater was working properly.

All the towels were dirty and smelled terrible, it appears that these white towels have never been washed with bleach, completely disgusting.

Stay was decent. The staff was ok but we’re not very friendly in the way they spoke to customers.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable, no breakfast provided after being advertised on website.

Close to the Outlet Mall in Little Rock.

We had to change rooms because first one was very dirty.

Good hotel for the price

Decently clean, very clean bathroom microwave and fridge. Bed was comfortable. There is an extra charge for a dog and also an extra charge for a visitor. I like that they charge for visitor as there is a truck stop across the interstate

The room had an old musty smell, but I always travel with peppermint oil to cover up odd or bad smells.

Very good

The quietness was great...the housekeeping staff was very friendly But the desk clerks were grim but I did receive a great rate for my 3month stay so that out weigh the desk clerk manner

It was fine. I would probably stay there again just based on the price.

The price was great and it was easy to get to. Conveniently close to where I was going.

Breakfast left much to be desired. I did not care for the non-carpeted floors. The floor was cold and I did not have slippers with me. The facility outside needed some work.

Disappointing

Don't change your plans. If you want to stay more nights than you booked, be prepared to pay more for your stay. I booked a Sunday night. When I got there, I was informed that I would need to stay the whole week due to work training. I asked the front desk if I could extend my stay. I paid $61 on Sunday. However, on Monday, the amount increased to $90 on the first floor and $80 on the second floor. I questioned that I had paid $61 with Booking.com. The front desk said I should go on Booking.com again and make a new reservation. Anyway I would have to vacate the room or pay the new established amount. I was late for my training. I just dumped everything in my car and ran out for my training. Lunch time, I made another reservation in another hotel.

The staff was horrible and rude. Seemed very entitled and they didn't care about the customers.
