Nice selection for breakfast. Waffle maker worked efficiently. We like the hot eggs, bacon, toaster, hot chocolate, healthy fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, whole wheat bread and cheerios. We needed extra towels and shampoo, which were promptly provided. WE couldn't find the remote and front desk person got one and got it working. Later we found the original remote in a drawer in the room. Easy, convenient location right off the interstate.

Kids didn't like being told not to jump in the pool when it did not state that as a pool rule. They understood and obeyed the "NO DIVING!"

There were live ants in my room. Otherwise things were fine.

Not much. Pool looked nice but did not go in

Several bugs in the room. Mold above the shower. Round hole in wall with a square plate covering it. Fridge made a gurgling sound all night. Bed was hard. Etc.

Clean room!! dirty tissues under the bed found because we needed to plug in lamps to see Bath tub very slow to drain, unable to turn off dripping shower as it was stuck on shower out put only. cloth shower curtain floor all wet scrap rust off doors painting them and under sink would help. No breakfast or coffee or even fruit

Family was near. Bad: while we were standing there, she got phone calls about bad things in the rooms. I told him I wanted my money back, I want to make sure that you make sure that I get my money back

The place was filthy. Hair on toilet, bed sheets. Cover quilt had a huge stain like they just put on dirty cover. Outlets were uncovered and bare wires. Airconditioner thermo had cover off wires bare. Bathtub scum dirty. See pictures attached. I had long distance reserved 2 rms. I asked for money back and cancellation of 2rms both nights reserved.

It was nasty and we didn’t stay there don’t understand why I was charged for one night
