The hotel was nice, and the staff was great. The restaurant where we had breakfast was a nice treat, and the staff in there was phenomenal and very attentive. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful with my charges to the correct card and my room key was deactivated due to the young lady making an error and she had to call my phone to advise she did not take a payment on my card and I was unable to get into my room when returned from dinner. The other front desk person provided breakfast coupons due to the inconvenience.
When I returned home from Nashville, I noticed a duplicate charge on two accounts, one already posted and the other pending, which is double. I called the hotel to speak to the front desk to resolve and she put me on hold the same lady with an accent that helped me when I checked in and hung up in my face as I was waiting for a resolution. That was rude, and I never thought I would be treated in such a fashion to call about a duplicate charge. I am very disappointed with this person as the front face of the Hilton. If she is unsure how to handle check ins, she needed to ask before hand, now I have doubled charges and back.home to have to handle the same issue, I was asking before I checked out.

I'm very familiar with the city and this building, it's not a "new" building by any means nor is it overlooking a majestic landscape...but it's a Hilton and where it counts they live up to it. Rooms are very nice. Beds even better. Water pressure in the shower, eh have had better, but it's not low quality by any means. Honestly just nitpicking there. Whoever designed the elevators knew what they were doing. You'll rarely wait long and the place has way more guests than you think, and those things are humming. Very underrated feature.
With anything you could find small items to nitpick here and there but honestly I have nothing negative to say. Location isn't the greatest in the world but if you know the city and are moving about to and fro....it's actually a phenomenal location, but I could see tourists (especially at night looking for food or something) a little stuck. But again, no negatives here, would never turn down staying here.

The bed was comfortable. And it was conveniently located near where I needed to be.
Kind of expensive for what it is. I can’t help to feel It did not live up to Hilton standards. And The facts that you charge 17$ for a breakfast that had they not gave me a free comp I would have been extremely disappointed with slimy eggs overcooked sausage and tough hard to chew bacon then on top of that if you want a waffle or pancake u have to pay extra, even the most basic hotels usually provide breakfast with a stay and any decent hotel has a waffle iron. If you’re gonna charge that much for a breakfast at least make it worth it and stop ripping people off. The rooms were not very clean one of our rooms had bugs all over in the window seal and when it was brought up to your staff they did not speak English or ever clean them up, the other room had hair in shower, Your staff work in America where English is spoken language I’m not against you hiring people who English is not there first language but they should have some basic knowledge of how to speak to a guest when confronted. Then u provide two waters in your rooms but if you drink a water it’s 3$.. and my room didn’t even have that tag on the water I seen it in the other room we almost drank them and would have been charged without any warning or indication they costed money. The hotel itself has a nice big bar lounge that when u first enter it seems nice but then u have base board pulling from the walls in the hallway and all these other little things that make me wonder why the Hilton name is held In such regard it is run down. I’ve literally paid 100 a night for a holiday inn that I was more satisfied with. Ice machine didn’t work on floor ten I mean I feel like I could really just keep going but all in all not pleasant.

Property was close to the airport with quick shuttle services to and from which was very nice! The wait staff in the dining area for breakfast was AMAZING.
The property was warm in the hallways, the rooms were air conditioned well but the hallways were warm and the pool was chilly inside.

The bed was comfortable and that’s about it.
Paid overnight parking it pointless at this location. I didn’t like that and the facilities need updating quickly. Not Hilton quality at all. Our shower didn’t work and maintenance had to come and fix it and then it dropped loudly all night long!

Location, convenience, amenities
My room wasn’t up to the Hilton standards I have experienced in the past. There was no soap in the bathroom, a used Keurig pod in the coffee maker, a diet Mnt Dew in the mini refrigerator from a previous guest, and long black hairs (NOT mine) on the back of the toilet.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel itself was nice.
Manager of hotel called me a few hours before check in to tell me that my room was downgraded from a King Suite to a double queen. The reason I was given was that a flight was cancelled and they were attempting to accommodate the people already staying. She said she would give us free parking, a discount on our room and give us breakfast coupons. I was fine with this since I can sympathize with cancelled flights and the headache of that. When I got to the hotel to check in, found out we were actually downgraded because of last minute bookings with the supercross crew and the fact that they all wanted to stay on the same floor. I did not receive any discount for the inconvenience of my room being downgraded, I just paid the cost of the smaller room. Also, parking was free at this hotel anyway so she lied telling me that free parking came with my King Suite but she would also give me free parking with the downgrade. All we received for the trouble of changing rooms was breakfast coupons for breakfast that wasn’t great.

The location
The service, the cleanliness, the price for the little that we got, paying for parking, the staff was rude...no one came to clean our room or at least pick up trash and provide clean towels. We asked for our room to be cleaned when we left out for the day...we got back and room still hadn't been cleaned. Lazy staff!!!

It was good with exception to a few things.
1. It took 15 minutes for the water to warm up.
2. There was no internet connection. When I called the desk I was on hold for a few minutes.
3. There were problems with something that prevented us from getting our breakfast.

Nice room and it was clean.
My first room was over the atrium and I could hear talking in the lobby and people waking up for breakfast. I heard a plate break. I requested a room change that had a window instead of my room and balcony facing the lobby. I’m a light sleeper and didn’t get any sleep. I was accommodated and my room was changed.

Staff at checking in was very nice, her name was Dora, our checking in was easy, she made sure we were comfortable in out room. there was an issue with the air conditioner and maintenance tried to fix it within 15 min. at the end if was not fully fixed, but we were fine in the room. Restaurant was good. and breakfast was excellent.
There was a confusion about the breakfast, it was included, but was not in the compute which I had to pay separate. there was an issue with the air-condition equipment, they try to fix it right away but it was not fully fixed. But we had no big issues with the temperature in the room.

Our stay was great from check-in to check-out. The staff were really nice and helpful. The room was super clean, the bed was quite comfy, and the shower had good water pressure. Though i've had better continental breakfast at other hotels, it wasn't too bad. Depending on who you book with, be sure to pay the extra to cover the cost of breakfast. You will get vouchers to cover your breakfast. Otherwise, you will be paying $ 17 per person to eat. This Hilton does have a restaurant and bar on site, but my wife and I didn't go to it. The location is just mere minutes from all the shops, bars, restaurants, entertainment, and excitement in Nashville. We will definitely keep this hotel on our radar the next time we want a weekend away.
We did feel like the elevators needed a bit of TLC. One in particular was quite noisy, making the ride up and down a little anxious. Our room didn't have a microwave, so heating up food or drink was a no go. There may have been some available on use in the cafeteria on the bottom floor, but that would be inconvenient.

Not welcoming they couldn’t access my reservation due to their network being down for more than an hour.

The room was nice and clean. The staff when we checked in was very friendly. Loved that they had a magnifying mirror to help get ready.
Our checkout time was 12pm. At 10am, while we was still asleep housekeeping (Without knocking) tried barging in our room. The privacy tag was on the outside of the door and the metal safety flap was on to keep anyone from coming in (Thankfully!). Not only did she not knock, when the door hit the metal flap obviously meaning the room was occupied she continued to hit the door against the flap. That is NOT how I would like to wake up in the morning. We had no clue it was housekeeping trying to come in and I was scared. Our friends had stayed in a room down the hall and they walked in their room at 9:15 while they were still sleeping. I asked another couple that rode down on the elevator and they said they had the same thing happen. When we complained downstairs while checking out the Man that was waiting on us didn't seem phased that this was a big deal at all just said "Oh I'll tell the manager". Then ANOTHER guest that was checking out said the same thing happened to them. This is absolutely unacceptable! Someone from housekeeping could've been seriously hurt barging in peoples room while they're sleeping.
