Las instalaciones son viejisimas. No tienen nada que ver con las fotos que anuncian.El hotel es sucio, le hace falta una remodelacion completa. El personal está presente pero en nada ayudan. No hay servicio.

Quick check in. Staff charged my phone at reception because I forgot my charger.
Big hotel with the atmosphere of a school hall. Perhaps would be better suited to sanitized conferences. The Airport shuttle took almost an hour to arrive between 8pm and 9pm, other hotel shuttles came by 2 or 3 times while I was waiting. Breakfast was bland.

Happy to have had security in the parking area considering location.
There were no queen bed rooms. A room for 4 only had full size beds. They were tiny. I slept in the chair with ottoman. This was for the three days. Charged $50 a day in case of any damages. Restroom door did not lock.

Location was convenient near major interstates. Did not use the on-site restaurant or bar. Did not use the pool.
The surrounding area was slightly rough, there was on-site security posted in the parking lot 24/7. Felt safe because of this. There was around $40 in additional charges (for two nights) beyond what the reservation amount stated--the fine print did seemingly list these additional charges, but still seemed a little sneaky. I travel extensively and most hotels do not do this! The hotel was on the nicer end, back in its heyday, but seemed in need of a little TLC after years of wear & tear. For example, it rained one day and the roof was leaking in several locations in the main lobby/atrium. Overall, a decent stay, nothing spectacular, but not a dump either. Price was a little high for what we got.

Price wasn’t to bad there was no breakfast included like advertised
Terrible ! This hotel is not in a safe location. There is security guards in the parking lot making sure that no one will rob you at gun point. The rooms smell like old food. The hotel needs to be renovated looks run down. The water pressure is slow. And there is not two pools and the jacuzzi doesn’t work.

The service at the restaurant from the bartender was excellent . He served us right away, as we had been travelling all day and it was 9pm at night and we were exhausted. Food was very good. The shuttle driver was excellent in the morning at 5 am.

I did get a $25 charge fee separately and was not explain as to why. I thought it would drop but it’s still pending for I don’t know what exactly. I did pay the original charge but was never inform to the $25 extra fee. Other than that, everything was good.
