Awful will not stay again wish I could get a refund

Rude employees, no elevator to 2nd floor, room was not cleaned after 1st night , way to expensive for quality of hotel. I had to ask for more towels and they brought towels that were thin and way to small for bath towels. I’m pretty sure they were pool towels or something. I had room on 1st floor but the woman at desk said it was showing as not cleaned so we had to walk upstairs to 2nd floor. Water was green in bath.

Staff, front desk couldn’t have been nicer

Wasn’t much to it, would be nice to bring back a hot breakfast, like many chain hotels is doing again: eggs, biscuits, gravy etc.

Needed the curtains to shut completely, lights from parking lot were seeping into the room.

You get what you pay for.

Beds were comfy.

Upon check-in, the lady at the desk told us that the pool was closed and that it will probably be permanently closed. We were so disappointed… We booked this room because of the outdoor pool. The room smelt like an entire soccer team kept all their dirty socks in the room, it was terrible. We had to go buy lysol and it didn’t even help at all. The AC was okay but it was soooo humid in the room which probably contributed to the dirty feet smell. We had the AC set at 63 every night and the sheets were so sticky.. On top of this, absolutely no parking on the weekends. Had to park in the back of steak and shake. Wish we could get our money back.

Should have booked next door.

Bed was very comfortable.

Room was shabby. Bathroom was gross and there was hair and mold in shower.

We did not eat the breakfast. I’m gluten free, not enough protein for me. Took some fruit and a honey bun for my husband

Will not stay again, was not clean

Location

Not clean at all, carpets in the lobby and stair case didn’t look vacuumed in days. Rooms were not clean, we had 3. Found a vap pen in the bathroom. Carpet in rooms and bathroom floors dirty. Faucet to bath sink was about to fall off.

Exceptional

The self proclaimed "night auditor's" assigned parking spot in the fire lane creating a bottleneck leaving only 1 lane for loading and unloading. The very unprofessional way I was told to move out of her way while my family was attempting to unload our belongings and check in. My apologies Felicia, employees usually park in the back and customers up front. No customer.... No job😏😏😏

Bathroom needs to be updated. Paint peeling, rust on shower head, tub so old it looked dirty even though it wasn’t.

The breakfast was fine. We had bugs all over our food and snacks we left on the counter when we woke up!! For the price of hotel room, nothing exceptional .

Easy to find and get into.

Front receptionist must have been having a bad evening as she wasn't friendly or professional. When asked where I could get ice she said their machine was broken. When asked where the nearest place to get some from was just given a blank stare and no verbal response.
