Nice area
Check in lady was rude she didn’t even tell me what room I was in I had to look at the paper. Also someone walked into my room bc the front desk assigned them to my room. I had just gotten out of the shower 😩

the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They were clearly well trained. The location and room was better than expected.
the sheets on the bed smelled musty almost like mildew. I was just too tired to consider changing rooms each night.

I loved the space that was provided in our Jr. Suite. My kids were able to enjoy their own space and television while my spouse was able to get the rest that she needed. It was a plus that the pool was open. It was not open when we booked it so I was a little worried but so glad everything turned out nice.
Parking is limited and it's not alot of spaces but we were fine walking a short distance.

The room (bed) accommodated a resting place to lay our head that night. The space was good. I have placement for my items and the layout for a double room worked.
The towels were not clean. Some were already dirty but folded neatly as if they were clean and refreshed before hand. The staff was never back at the front desk after I checked in. Unattended New Year Night. I wanted to purchase from the snack area, whenever a clerk finally came out she told me she was doing an audit and she’d charge it to the room. Nobody when I went down to sign out. Unsanitary with those towels (mascara/eyelashes/black marks and yellow stains on another but you have protocols for COVID. I guess cameras are their security to be watchful and see everything.
