It was the only hotel in the general area that was acceptable in terms of safety and cleanliness. Others were really bad. Staff were very nice and room was clean. Adequate parking. Pretty good but definitely not high end, lol.

PArqueadero costoso, puerta del baño rechinaba mucho, mejoraría iluminación dentro del baño

The staffs were great. It was clean.
The bed was definitely overused. It sunken as you sit, so laying down was worst.

The kitchen was convenient. The room was spacious and it was nice that the stairs were easily available for those who don't like waiting for the elevator.
The checkout process...My mother fell ill, and we had to checkout early to take her home. The person at the counter looked up my reservation and told me I had to checkout with the third party I booked with. I had never heard that before. I needed to get my mom home and didn't have time to argue. I left without being checked out properly or being provided a receipt for my charges. I called when I got home to straighten things out. I spoke with Alissa on the phone, and she took the time to look at my reservation to see that I paid for my stay at the hotel, not through a third party. Alissa adjusted my reservation for a one night stay and emailed me a receipt. I should not have had to make a phone call if the person at the counter took the time to look at my reservation and see that I paid at the hotel like Alissa did.

The staff was friendly
It was dirty, the room smelled of urine so badly it was hard to breath. It is used as some sort of medical stay facility and was very awkward with my family because of this.

The two bedroom suite was very nice for your family so we could be together. The gym was good. The breakfast and front desk staff was very helpful.
The sofa bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
The nice staff at the front desk gave us a bed pad but that did not help much.

The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and kind the room and facilities were very clean
I was unaware our 2 suite room had only one bathroom. We have stayed at multiple 2 suite rooms in other hotels and all had 2 bathrooms. Uncomfortable with 4 people.

Cleanliness and barely brand new
The dining area is so small

Very clean room didn’t have odor or smell of food.
Pans are very old, too scratched to be used.

Beyond the room and stay itself being excellent it's in a decent location. There's a Costco within throwing distance. Many options for food within a short distance. The in-room cooking and dishes were adequate for our stay. The sofa bed was on the hard side but I prefer this.
The small parking area. If you show up late parking could be full and there's less light the further away from the hotel entrance you go. Plus the hotel entrance isn't defined well. Once you know where it is no problem.

Convenient location. The room itself was spacious and remodeled, nice. The staff was friendly. It was pretty quiet, no trouble sleeping in that regard.
The bathroom was in a very strange place, a couple feet from the side of the bed. There was a closet where the bathroom should have been, and a bathroom where the closet should have been. My daughter opened the bathroom door at the same time my husband was walking by, and they both got hurt. Inside the bathroom, the cabinetry is completely unmaintained, there are big white chips flaked off the wooden cabinetry. And after giving my three-year-old a bath, I moved the shower curtain and noticed a big pile of someone else's hair and a used bottle of shampoo sitting on the side of the bathtub. Gross.
When we went down for breakfast, it was about a 1/2 hour before breakfast was over. They were out of many items, including milk for the kids. One of my daughters wanted a yogurt, so I went to the case to take it out and I saw smears and spots on the glass, obviously having been wiped by a wet, dirty rag. I was pretty grossed out and irritated and there was really nothing for us to eat for breakfast there, so we just left with just the yogurt and went to Starbucks.
I couldn't get the website to open to connect my device to the TV so we could stream. It would just error out every time we tried.
The mattresses were so saggy that would just roll into the V created by laying on it. We had to sleep on the edge of the mattress to avoid rolling down into it
It seems that Marriott has just been buying a bunch of crappy hotels and sticking the Marriott name on them. You go there expecting Marriott quality, but it's still just a crappy hotel.
