Overall, it was a nice stay.

The breakfast was very ample. (A little change from day to day would be nice though.) Housekeeping was VERY good (when they showed up.)

We had left Saturday morning and didn't return until the evening and no housekeeping had been done. (The wastebaskets were full and there were no clean towels when we returned.

I based my stay in the booking.com reviews not sure who owns the hotel but it needs to be renovated

Close to expressway and breakfast was decent

Room key didn’t work had to have staff let me in twice, trash left from previous guest toilet seat broken carpet stained elevator very sketchy

Poor

First room was rough very unclean stains on couch bedding carpet. Roaches hallways were hot and muggy. After requesting a new room within 10 mins of being there, none were available but they did switch me the next day. The second room was much more acceptable. However this will be the first and only time I book that hotel

rust in the bathtub. water would not cut off in the tub (it was like that when we arrived) Breakfast was TERRIBLE. Rude, indifferent front desk staff.

we were in room 301- beside the on ramp and highway and I could not sleep all night because it was so loud

Terrible ,will never stay in another comfort inn

Breakfast was ok.

We were there 3 days and we never saw housekeeping.we were told housekeeping comes every other day.we asked at the front desk if they were coming today they said yes and never showed up. Trash piled up.no clean towels,no exhaust fan in bathroom,everything was damp,dried off with wet towels,bulbs were burnt out.not very clean.

Not very clean. There was still a old sock on the desk chair from the people before us and it wasn't all that clean, lot of stuff on the ground. The breakfast staff was not willing to give a tray to a old disabled woman. My daughter helped her walk with her food to her room. Terribly rude, so not American to treat people like that. Dislike

Sufficient, but expensive for one night; wouldn’t recommend.

Free breakfast and Wi-Fi but it was sloooowww!

Location was difficult to access from busy road and if you missed it you had a lot traffic and no I turn lights before you could head back to the location. The room was on the first floor and the AC did not get very cold, the bathroom was moldy thanks to no fan (but water pressure and temp were good). Room was moldy and the showers flooded as it was accessible - dangerous for anyone! 1st floor room next to the breakfast area and could hear all noise from busy road. Vending machines were only source of in hotel food at night and it did not work. Staff was nice but didn’t help with any issues. For the cost, it was not worth it ($200 for one night!).

I’ve stayed in many comfort suites and this was the worst one so far

It wouldn’t take much to do a better job. even the vending machine was a joke. they charged full price for a fun size candy bar. just put regular sized items. also breakfast wasn’t very nice

Room 414 because it was very clean and comfortable

some of the staff and they need their road way fixed and the 3rd floor felt like a sauna… the rooms and sheets and pillows is not up to standard

this stay was awful and miserable not knowing what will come out when you are sleeping… oh and I had to make my own bed.

location is perfect

the property is ok but the rooms are not at all the same and the cleaness of the rooms are not treated the same…I stayed here on Monday the 2nd of January 2023 the room was immaculate but get a room on Wednesday and the bed sheets not cleaned I called and the young man told me I can come down and he will give me clean sheets and I asked him could someone bring them to me so he did… he apologized for the dirty sheets so as the day went on I opened the refrigerator and roaches came from everywhere and from beside of the bed… so after 15 to 20 minutes the same young man came up with a bottle to have bleach and water and sprayed the room and tells me the chemicals is harmless and said to me they are dying never got them up just said he apologize again for the roaches could I get a different room he said he will see never came back… so he clearly seen the sheets wasn’t cleaned and the roaches was in here and didn’t have the decency to move us from this room… but I see they ask is it for leisure or work so they put you on different floors depending on what you are here for…

Not to much to like here.

Stood at the front desk waiting for someone to come check us in at least 20 minutes if not more, and we even rang the bell. Then all they did was talk to each other and never said crap to us. Then the key card wouldn't let us in the pool door to park in the back of the hotel, so we had to walk with belongings in hand to side door to get in. Still no one at the front desk so we could tell them the key card didn't work on that door to get in 😂😂😂 I have stayed at this hotel many times, and now I wouldn't go back to stay ever again. Bad experiences lead to good people not returning. Like I said, I have stayed here at least 15 times over the past 2 years, and I will not go back. In need of new staffing.

Bathtub needs refinishing or replaced...tub dripping causing rust stains also need to exterminate (couple small crawling critters in the bathroom). No actual spread on the bed...looks like sheets only....no blankets found.

The room had a weird smell to it and they had roach traps underneath the bathroom sink.

googled the area

filthy! had room changed from the first room which smelled like urine. 2nd rooms carpet was all stained and bathroom door frame had dirt all over it. front desk person was eating abs didn’t stop eating to check us in so that was pretty unprofessional and gross
