Everything but the location.

At night, the place is littered with homeless on the streets. Location is not safe. Staff is exceptional. Rooms are fantastic. But the location is downtown, which has a very bad homeless problem.

The room was awesome and so was the view. The staff was really nice and accommodating.

No well set up for self catering. Attention to detail in this area poor. Access to TV and streaming very dated and unnecessarily complex for 2023

Room was huge. Great location. Great shower. Comfy bed. Room was clean. Lovely views. Lifts were quick. Looks like the pics.

A lot of homeless people hanging around at the entrances of the hotel/on the streets. Only double beds. No king size beds when we booked.

Staff were warm, view was amazing, and room was spacious!

Bed was comfortable, view was interesting.

Sofa was in poor condition and difficult to get up from. No other furniture to sit comfortably. Desk chair back was sprung.

The room met our expectations. View wasn’t too bad. Would have liked a view of the mountains. Location was a bit far from tourist area.

Good location to port, restaurants and good wifi in room

I didn’t like the $100 holding charge on my credit card even when I paid for the room 3 days before arrival, this resulted in an overseas fee from my credit card provider. This did not detract from my satisfaction. I was very happy with my stay but just a heads up to future guests

safe was not working. pool under construction and the AC was the loudest I have ever experienced. like a huge engine starting right next to you. every 5 minutes

Comfy beds washing facility in room great view. Bus stop right outside to Waikiki

No charging port for your phone make sure you have an adaptor to plug in to USA wall sockets. No airport shuttle.

Plenty of room in the studio. Fabulous views and great access to historical land marks and places. Good walking distance to shopping mall in Waikiki.

Not close to many restaurants 😕 or food places. Walking distance to coffee houses, but everything was at least a 10 min walk

Depends on what room you stay in but some are more dated than others. Good size though either way.

A room with a beautiful view! Lots of tv channels, but maybe too many, hence complicated! Easy to navigate the area Lifts were speedy

Booking.com advertised there was a mini bar in the room but this was not the case. The plug in the bath did not work very well even though I reported the issue twice, it was never completely fixed. Hence the water just disappeared whilst trying to use the jacuzzi. The pool area was been refurbished, so even though the pool could be accessed, the decking seating area was undergoing building work.

The staff were nice but that’s about it

The room and hotel smelled badly, the location was terrible and had homeless people constantly coming until the hotel and surrounding it making you feel unsafe, the pool was closed and since the location was so far from the beach it meant not being able to swim without paying for $20 Ubers, and it was expensive!

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable.

We had no dislikes. I'm a little afraid of escalate, but it turned out great. The restaurant was ok but didn't have enough variety.
