My nephew and I were on a road trip. The hotel was convenient to the highway. It was clean and comfortable.
The lamps on the nightstand didn’t work. The volume on the tv was very low.

The location was great
The management was the worst I have experienced, they had me judged the moment I walked in there because I'm a Hispanic and lost my ID, ( but I had what MVD provided me to carry as a temporary ID)
Let me stay there one night and then denied me a 2nd night with no reason but the ID was frustrating and embarrassing with my wife present.

The room was very nice, the view was amazing. My husband and I watched the sunset from our balcony. The bathroom was very clean and the bathtub was large. I enjoyed all the extra amenities they had available in the room. Hand lotion, shampoo, etc... They even had room service available, wasn't the greatest food but beat getting out after a long road trip.

the location was good.
the guest services were poor. the half and half for coffee in the room was more than 7 months out of date. we rang the desk to get this replaced and after 3 calls to follow up being put on hold for an extra ordinary amount of time and not being picked we went to the desk to complain. a staff member was sent to our room with replacement half and half. THIS WAS ALSO OUT OF DATE. Obviously no SAFETY officer for Guest room facilities

I like the presentation and cleanness
1. the beds are horrible, old and dingy. I have a slipped disc and woke up in pain and hard to walk . we won’t stay again
2. the main water line was hit in the morning we were unable to shower, brush teeth or flush the toilet after we pooped. it was gross . Couldn’t finish our stay.
3. upon arrival the front desk was awful and rude. thought at first it was a bad day. but , it was a continuation during the whole conversation about breakfast, about the pool, about the elevator .

Beds were made.
No breakfast as advertised. Shower had no pressure. Paid more than the listed price, very disappointing.

Very courteous desk staff and liked older classic feel.
Thexstaff changed the breakfast policy on the second or third day, and this was unsatisfactory. Some kind of voucher coupon and breakfast was not included. I ate zero food their on sny of 3 mornings. Disappointed on 3rd am.

Bed was comfy and the location was perfect for what I needed
The restaurant I planned to eat at was closed, the sliding door in my room wasn’t sealed properly and rattled and banged all night long.

The room was very clean and the breakfast offered was great, service was wonderful.

the lobby
everything past the lobby. the rooms are dated. the television is tiny. the shower wouldn’t drain. couldn’t call down for maintenance, phone didn’t work. they claim it’s queen beds…it’s not…or the tiniest possible queen they can possibly get away with calling a queen, but two people are very cozy.

the bartenders were very customer service oriented
the rooms are very outdated; the AC did not work; the Front Desk kid was very rude and was short with us; the room wasn’t clean and unsanitary when we first came.

all the employees were very friendly, from right when we arrived. they have a restaurant and cantina, we did not eat at their restaurant but had drinks in the cantina.
it’s not in the best part of town. but they have security driving around parking lot which was nice to see. a lot of transients in the area.

bed was bad, only analog fuzzy television.

went on New Year’s Eve. it was not hotels fault but didn’t sleep,at all because guests were in halls loud all night. breakfast was okay, not great. was not given directions on where room was and it was very confusing.
was not in the greatest area
6.0
convenient location, pet friendly.
rooms don’t have microwaves or refrigerator. I was told they don’t have suites. which is unusual for the Crown Plaza. It’s decor is dated and needs upgrading.
