The hotel is so well located, just opposite the convention centre (if you need to stay over in Portland and attend something there, that is). The room is big enough and the bed was comfortable to me, but it could do with a bit of refreshing.
The shower temperature kept changing while having a shower. I think the bathroom could be improved in its layout but it's functional nonetheless as it is.

There was dried blood in the elevator, the rooms smelled like cigarette smoke and tons of construction on the floor I was staying on and the other elevator was broken and they hadn’t had the doors closed you could see down where the elevator was.
3.0
The best thing about the hotel was the location.
The room felt so dirty. There was covered up mildew in the tub, holes in the wall and doors, the carpet was gross and the chair in the room was very dirty. Not to mention the sliding door lock was missing half of the screws. Didn’t feel safe at all plus you could hear everything in the halls.

Under sink needs cupboard

7.0
Location. Size of Room.
Wifi was very spotty on the higher floors. It's a dated building so we understood
10.0
It was clean… comfortable
That I couldn’t stay longer

Great location, although it looks shady.
Convenient to rail system
The bums and druggies in the area don't bother to pick up their drug paraphernalia and it makes the exterior of the property look junky.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
The noise from the light rail stop outside is extremely loud. Needed earplugs.
8.0
Clean hotel, very friendly staff, large room with good air-conditioning, just a 1 minute walk from the convention center and the train stop.
Not the hotels fault, but the general area around the convention center and downtown are horrible. We did not feel safe walking around even during the day and only stayed because I was there for a conference.
4.0
Near, accessible to down town but by car. Not walking distance
It was dirty, smelly and old.
Pics on line was misleading. The carpets smelled dusty and for a time made me sneeze since I’m allergic to dust.

It was close to the Rose Garden which we were to see a show that night.
They charge you 15 dollars for the first car and 25 dollars for the second car! Really? Is it not enough to charge for the room? Why just rip off people b.c you can. And then you charge me an extra thirty dollars after I leave. with no explanation !!

The parking was convenient and the room was super clean! The beds were comfy.
It was very loud because of the transit. There is no breakfast included. And there was a Public hair in the bath tub.

the room was dirty. they don’t seem to be too interested in keeping the place clean. from the horrible lobby to the elevators to the room it was ran down and the staff reflected this with their “Null” personality.
they don’t seem to care. I did not sleep in the bed. I found hair in the sheets. something tells me they have had. this complaint before.
