Decade of travel. 20 nights/yr in hotel +/-. 1st bad review. "Boutique" = bad.

Breakfast hours 5 - 8 AM! Not customer focused timing. But breakfast was a joke anyway. They made minimal effort to meet what other franchises do very well - and did not succeed. I had to spit out the old dried out scrambled eggs. Sausage patties cold. Sliced white bread. No English muffins. No bagels. Everything offered was a poor version. Also, was told I ordered a smoking room. I didn't recall or want that when reserving on my phone. But couldn't guarantee I made that mistake. So they kept me in it. Opened the room door - hit in the face with strong smoke smell. Immediately asked to change rooms without doing anything. in the room. They had rooms to change us to. But only if we paid another $20. Later review of booking revealed the room was never identified as a smoking room. They are a rip off.

Will not return.

I booked a nonsmoking room but was given a smoking room.

The room stunk so bad, and we had to febreeze everything we brought with us before going anywhere. We also had to leave a day early due to work , but the manager never called my husband back to discuss refund options.

If I was in Henderson again I would stay again the staff was nice room newly remodeled clean and the breakfast was good.

Very disappointed, has been a family spot to stay at for follies since the early 2000’s and he’s just gone down hill

Not much, free breakfast was ok.

Mold build up in the air conditioner and the deadbolt lock didn’t work in room 130 so we switched rooms to 123 and ended up in a room with black mold in the bathroom. They said this was the last room they had and if we had the extra money we would’ve found somewhere else to stay.they also took a $50 deposit said it would automatically go back on my card at check out and we still have not received it!

Empty coffee filters paint all over floor, no top covers, not enough lighting, very low beds, no comfortable chair to sit in

Noisy, dirty, motel

The breakfast was not edible.

The grounds were filthy. Open bottle of liquor on sidewalk for days.

A better 'boutique'

Cheapest level C (A B C D F) in town.

Lack of list of channels printed in a 'Welcome to our Boutique Hotel' that also includes instructions for each of the possible various TVs and remotes in each room. Plus, a variety of places to eat within 25 miles of facilities, that includes cheaper to 'fancy.' Also, entertainment in the area, movie theaters, historic sites, amusement, a shopping centers.

Very Happy

Been visiting this location for years, clean, comfortable. Everything you can expect from a nice hotel. I recommend this place for anyone

Not bad overall.

Location was great. Stag was very friendly. Hot tub was nice since the bottom jets still worked.

The room could use a good painting. Paint missing in places makes it look dirtier than it is. Half of the jets for the hot tub didn't work. If you pay extra for the hot tub I feel they should make sure it's all in good working order. Wasn't a huge fan of the bed and pillows, but I know some people like the fluffy pillows and super soft beds. I prefer a firm bed and more flat pillows, not something I will consider a huge deal tho.

Spacious, clean rooms and friendly staff. Location is 1-2 minutes away from theater, and most food.

The staff was very friendly. The room was not as expected.

it was on the opposite side of the street than what GPS said. The sign was not very well lit so it was difficult to find. I have a disability that makes it hard to climb stairs. The only “heart shaped” spas were only on the second floor. I didn’t really care if the spa was heart shaped. I also didn’t realize that it was a smoking room and the room smelled like smoke and I had an allergic reaction to it.

The best hotel by far I've ever been to!

I love the beds. It was the best hotel bed I've ever slept in, it felt as good as my own bed. The room was very big. Lots of room. Loved it! And it stay pretty cold in the room like I like it to sleep. Most hotel rooms are too hot and the AC just isn't good enough but this one was great.

excellent, only knock was one person blocking the EV charger, I could still plug in that’s not the facility

EV charging is a plus with no rapid chargers in the area, modern rooms clean, good price, breakfast

the jacuzzi buttons didn’t work. once the jacuzzi was turned on you couldn’t get it turned off. water was spraying everywhere.
