Besser nur eine Nacht

Das Hotelzimmer ist modern eingerichtet und mit Holzfussboden ausgestattet. Die Größe ist gut, das Bad ist auch schön groß. Das Badezimmer war sauber, bis auf den Fußboden. Sehr gut fand ich, dass das Zimmer mit einem Verdunklungsrollo ausgestattet war, nicht diese schrecklichen Vorhänge. Gut fand ich auch, dass es im Hotel einen kleinen Shop gibt, wo man Süßigkeiten, Chips und auch das Waschmittel kaufen kann. Der Parkplatz ist sehr groß und das Hotel gut erreichbar. Dass man einen Zettel an die Windschutzscheibe legen muss, ist old school.

Die Sauberkeit der Fußböden ließ im Quality Inn mal wieder zu wünschen übrig. Auch der Schreibtisch und das Sideboard sollten regelmäßig abgewischt werden. Was mir gar nicht gefallen hat, war, dass man bei einem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt an der Rezeption Bescheid sagen muss, dass das Zimmer täglich gereinigt werden soll. Das wurde mir sicher gesagt, aber ich habe es sofort vergessen und dementsprechend wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Die Erklärung war notdürftig und unglaubwürdig. Das Frühstück bestand aus Bagel, Outmeal in der Tüte, Marmelade, Joghurt, Bananen, Äpfeln, Saft, Tee, Kaffee und Milch. Es war ok, BW kann es aber besser. Das ich zum Frühstück einen Zettel vorlegen muss, ist echt nicht zeitgemäß. Bei der Lage des Hotels habe ich mich etwas verschätzt. Ich habe mich als alleinreisende Frau unwohl fühlen, als ich mich abends zu Fuß auf den Weg zu einem Lokal machen wollte. Dazu passt auch, dass der Eingang nach 20 Uhr nicht mehr per Bewegungsmelder öffnet. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, sollte man wissen, wenn man einen leichten Schlaf und laute Zimmernachbarn hat. Merkwürdig ist, dass man im Hotel noch 4$ pro Nacht zahlen muss, obwohl booking.com extra darauf hinweist, dass diese 4$ bereits im Gesamtpreis enthalten sind. Es sind nur 4$ pro Nacht, aber die Erklärung vom Hotel war unglaubwürdig und von booking.com habe ich keine Antwort erhalten.

The stay was good. The hotel served its purpose which was just for us to sleep for the night.

You could tell as soon as you walked in that it was clean because you could smell the cleaning products.

I did not like the amount of homeless people that were on every street where the hotel was. Also, looked like furniture out at the pool was broken.

Overall we were pleased with everything.

Need more than just waffles and cereal. Eggs and a breakfast meat would be Excellent.

Time to change the mattress in room 139, way to soft or used.

Value those customers who have stayed several times before, paid and left the room pretty clean and

I had to use a fan. A/C was blowing air, but it wasn't cold. Called maintenance in and he could not fix it. I received a fan. RM 231 on Friday. No front desk or manager reached out to me and you definitely charged me full room fee.

Pleasant

We stayed at the hotel the night before we were leaving on a cruise and the location was close by, however, I was very disappointed as we paid for the additional fee to park our car there while we were gone with the promise that a shuttle we bring us to the port and pick us up upon return and while we did get a shuttle there, when we returned we called for almost an hour and the phone line was busy and we had to pay an uber to come and get us to bring us back to the hotel for our car. It was quite frustrating and upsetting.

For the price I paid for this hotel I did not have a microwave in my room we had to walk all the way to the office each time to utilize the microwave and the hotel room for one night was almost $300 at least we should have had a microwave
