The breakfast was good. Sleeping accommodations were excellent. Entire hotel was clean.
The dinner selection on Friday wasn't the best, namely, the meatballs.

The customer service from the staff.
Some of the guest decided to smoke marijuana in their rooms, which in turn filled the hallway.

Breakfast was excellent. The was a great experience.
The parking was appropriate in after hours. There was 2 large semi-trucks that took up 1/3 of parking spaces.

Everything was great even over exceptional! From the cleanliness to the free breakfast and dinner. We had a great time swimming in the indoor pool, and relaxing the rest of the night on our private spa bath.
There is nothing to dislike for us! We had a wonderful experience.

RIGHT ACROSS THE PARKING LOT FROM NORTHLAKE MALL. You can walk to shop and get food! The staff was very friendly, breakfast was great and they even had happy hour with food and two free complementary alcoholic beverages. It was a very busy weekend for the property with all the ppl staying but is wasn’t loud. This is one of the best places I’ve stayed!

The desk greeted us with a smile. The entire hotel rooms, hallways, bathrooms were clean and free of any clutter. The dining area was clean and staff kept it clean during the time we were eating and they were very helpful. Also staff deliberately went out of t their way to ask you if you were enjoying yourself and how things were going. They also expressed that they wish that we would come back again.
Well, there was only one elevator working at the time and I think that the inspector who signs off on having inspected the elevator should sign his signature so that it can be read and not just scribbled because an inspection of an elevator is a very important job.

The location was convenient to my intended traveled destination.
I did not like that I requested an ada room on the second floor closest to the elevator and a bath bench and it was not granted. My sister is paralyzed on her right side so these small requests helps tremendously, where we were placed caused more obstacles. When I entered the room I could tell an animal had lodge there, I was told it was not but my son is allergic to dogs and his face swoll up so I’m unsure what happened. The room was overwhelmed with a strong pungent smell the front desk clerk could only offer febreeze spray there were no other ADA rooms so we were stuck, no upgrade or any accommodations in lieu, I was soooo disappointed. I really enjoy lodging with Drury especially when in New Orleans, so this experience was very off putting.

The bathroom kept overflowing. No one was at the reception when I walked down to ask for assistance. Than out of no where at 3 in the morning I get a knock someone trying to come in. Called the hotel and the guy was incredibly rude by saying that he can't do anything since it's not him or the staff doing it. Very bad experience and my only regret was the amount I paid.
