In general, the property was comfortable. It was clean, updated, and the bed was soft. It is very conveniently located near Times Square, so good if you are visit for events in the area.
The breakfast is grab-and-go, which is fine, but it would be nice to have some place to sit in the mezzanine area. One curtain in my room wouldn’t close fully (blocked by fire sprinkler), which would normally be fine, except for the really bright lights shining in from Times Square. Staff were courteous, but often unavailable in the evenings.

Comfortable and clean room. Close to Broadway Theater District. Front desk staff and breakfast staff was very nice and helpful.
We had do not distrub sign hanging on our door. The 2nd day of our stay housekeeping came knocking, we said we didn't need service at that time, which I think they misunderstood to mean that they should come back in a few minutes. They were knocking a few minutes later, and I didn't answer because I was showering and my other guest was trying to sleep, so we didn't answer since we already said we didn't need service. They opened the door ANYWAY, and came in the room.
Although they pleasantly said good morning, they didn't leave the room when they saw someone trying to sleep and instead came and told my guest to move out of the bed so they could make it. What sense does that make? My guest kindly moved, they made the bed, I came out of the bathroom and was going to ask why they were in the room, but before I could say anything they said good morning, walked past me into the bathroom, took the dirty towels and replaced them and left.
I was so confused with why any of that was even happening that I didn't say anything and shouldn't have had to. They shouldn't have been in the room doing whatever they wanted when we said we didn't need service.

Location in Times Square was perfect for where our plans were.
Upgraded our room at no additional cost upon check in.
Lots of parking options nearby. Staff was very friendly and able to assist with questions at check in.
There were 2 guests in our stay. When upgraded they didn't bring us the extra robe and there was only 1 robe in the room.
No fridge or microwave.

Location
The weather had changed and their heating was still off. During the day time it was okay but at night it got pretty cold inside the room and was very difficult to sleep. Also their breakfast was not a buffet but take away in which they had packaged goods to be taken to your room which was very strange.

Location. Size of room.
Some furniture was worn, taps leaked, sink damaged and floor of the shower broken tiles.
Also the included breakfast was "to go" with prepacked bagels and cream cheese. Still from covid era.

Location location location - super close to everything: restaurants, theatres, stores, subway. The room was as I expected. A good size with all the basic amenities. Compliments to house cleaning who did a wonderful job, also really efficient and unassuming. The reception staff and bell hop were courteous and really helpful booking my taxi and with my luggage. My room was right next to the lifts and there was some noise from people in the corridor and a little bit of noise from the elevator in the bathroom, but nothing obtrusive. Overall the hotel felt safe.
'Breakfast on the go' was really basic. 3 of the 4 items provided required refrigeration so I didn't eat those. Also only received the breakfast on the first day.

size of the room, daily housekeeping, location
smelled like smoke, no written information about the property in the room - had to call about breakfast, ice machine, any questions I had…

Super friendly nice staff. Everyone from in the reception, other personnel on the ground, to room cleaning service.
Breakfast was a joke, you're led to believe it's a sit down breakfast in a breakfast room but not so! Take away breakfast with croissants bagels cheese everything in plastic that you have to take back to your room. Terrible. Be honest with your guests and advertise as take away breakfast. It's not the usual hotel buffet sit down breakfast you're led to believe and if you're into breakfast this is a big disappointment. This is for booking.com to advertise be honest as well. Good strong coffee though.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. All requests and questions were dealt with straight away and the staff did everything they could to help the residents. I loved that it was small hotel and was so close to Time square yet nice and quiet!
There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel. It was friendly, location was excellent, rooms were spacious and clean and service was excellent.

We had booked into a diff ent hotel prior to travelling, on arrival the hotel was unacceptable to stay there, we then contacted Millennium Premier who kindly helped us out, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, from start to finish it was perfect
Everything was perfect, maybe a sit down breakfast would have been nice but not a problem

The hotel was located very close to the major Times Square shopping area.
The temperature controls in the room were not operational. I tried raising the temperature to warm the room, however, it kept circulating cold air. The advertised "breakfast" consisted of no hot dishes. It was a bagged meal with no way to warm the food in your room (No microwave).

Location is absolutely stellar - in immediate vicinity of NY Times Square, ideal if you want to visit Broadway shows.
Staff is very friendly and are doing an excellent job. Room is clean.
The breakfast was minimal - less than "continental" even. Pre-packed in a bag, needed to be eaten outside the hotel (or in your own room). There would be space to sit down for breakfast, but no tables are set up.
Facilities in the room are minimal too, no micro-wave or freezer available.

The location of the property. The cleanliness of the property. And the price considering the location and the view.
I felt like the property was misrepresented. The pictures I saw were of the pictures of the millennium Broadway New York next door. They told us we were in the wrong hotel and told us to go back front and turn left and walk into the other hotel. It seriously looks like we were walking into the laundry room, or the kitchen! In the lobby of our hotel could not have been more doll and the total opposite of the lobby of the other millennium hotel.

Mo at the reception was extremely hospitable. She made our stay even better and has had a great approach with my Child.

Great location. five minutes walk from the Times Square
1. no real breakfast. a grab and go bag. no one alerted that before I booked the hotel
2. toilet cleaning is very poor. most of the days, the toilets very not cleaned properly
3. room was freezing and could not turn on the heat

Comfortable. Clean towels and wonderful staff. Room Great location to Times Square.
Dining room closed and had bag lunches. But understand why, with COVID still here.

Started off as a rocky start. There was no fridge in room and breakfast still supplied in a paperbag as done in covid days which are well over. however we spoke to Monique and she quickly tried to assist up and got us a fridge. They need to address the breakfast situation and allow people to eat outside of the room
The same food daily was not enjoyable. Monique did her best to enhance our stay. The view in our room we had was great. Booking.com and hotels need to communicate and supply adequate and precise photos of rooms. When this hotel offer upgrades they need to be clear what the upgrade would be especially if you have a good room already. Room 1823 was great for the ball drop NYE. If you have issues go straight to management and they will help. The rooms that have no fridge, the hotel need to rectify this or atleast cover up and make it presentable where they were. Rooms made up daily is nice. Cleaners are wonderful. Bed is on smaller side. Air-conditioning was loud but rectified. Bath tub handle didn't work but was fixed quickly even over Xmas. Room is big for NYC
As above

Location is great.
I had the rudest encounter in all my travels. There is no place to sit and do a little business on the computer. I choose the breakfast room to have a quick ZOOM call. In the middle of the call, while I am presenting, two staff members insisted I leave. Later when I discuss with the hotel manager, she stated it's very complicated why you can't sit there. Ok?? an empty room with 4 tables? Rope it off then. Just a horrible experience

Location
We had a bad day, no fault of the hotel. Our flight from Phoenix was delayed causing us to miss our 10 day cruise we had planned. We ended up in your hotel Friday night. We left on Saturday at 4:30pm. We ended up flying to NY to have dinner at Bubba Gumps and flying home on Saturday. Again, no fault of the hotel whatsoever.
